From the minute you enter the “Enchanted Cottage,” you feel the magic of this beautiful, little, house. You are s private, surrounded by fields on which observed a fawn and the mother doe frolicking and chasing each other. It was incredible to see! The cottage is tastefully furnished for optimum comfort. Everything you need is provided. Irene has not missed even the smallest detail to ensure a wonderful stay.
The location near Minnewaska State Park and right near the D &H Rail trail is incredible. Kingston is nearby and we spent time at the waterfront where there are some really good restaurants and shopping.
This is the place to come for total relaxation and peace! You won’t be disappointed. Irene is a gracious host.
Heaven on Earth
The cottage is exquisite the surroundings are breathtaking. Highly recommended, Irene is so warm and hospitable
This is a well kept cottage with every needed amenity. We found the location to be ideally located between the Catskills Mountains and the Hudson Valley. Everything the area has to offer is less than an hour drive. The owner is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this property.
We love The Enchanted Cottage. This was our second stay - just as cozy and pleasant as the first.
The Perfect Cottage!
We had a wonderful time at Irene's beautiful cottage. The home was immaculate, well decorated and very comfortable. Irene was welcoming and accessible. We had a great time and hope to return again soon.
Spotless, cozy and oh so comfortable. Irene is a fantastic host. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and appliances. The fireplace worked great, and there was plenty of kindling and wood. The view out the French doors is lovely. We had a fantastic time and will definitely go back again in warmer weather when we can sit out on the deck. Just lovely!
