Information concerning the christmas season 2018:
Please note that for the Christmas markets of Colmar and surrounding area is from 23/11/18 to 30/12/2018, only rentals per week (minimum 5 nights) will be accepted and preferably from Saturday to Saturday.
Of course depending on the availability of housing.
As a result, rentals by the night will be refused systematically

For rent near the center of Colmar, beautiful F3 of 60 m2 fully furnished and equipped for 2 to 6 people
It consists of two furnished bedrooms, one with double bed 2 people, the other with 2 beds 1 person.
The dining room has table and sofa to accommodate 2 additional people
The apartment located on the ground floor, gives access to a terrace with table and chairs.
the kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher available.
The beds are fitted with sheets, duvets and linens provided beds, included in the rent
Secure parking in the residence. Local bike secure.
Pets are not accepted.
Housing is not allowed, the terrace is reserved for this purpose
HOUSING VERY FUNCTIONAL FOR A NICE TOUR COLMAR AND ITS REGION
Tourist town all year round, especially for its Christmas markets ... ALSO located 20 km from Germany and 70 km from Switzerland.

    Appartement très spacieux idéal pour les marchés de Noël situé a 10km après il faut juste chercher les parkings pour marche de Noël

    Gute Lage schöne Stadt

    Wir waren für 6 Tage in Colmar um dort und in der Umgebung Rad zu fahren. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage zur Stadt ( in 10 min zu Fuß in der Stadt)mit einem Parkplatz, der abgeschlossen ist. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß und praktisch möbliert . Trotz der Straße in der Nähe war es sehr ruhig . Es fehlte z. B an Lampen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich auch war die Möblierung etwas angegriffen. Der Internetauftritt des Vermieters könnte auch besser sein. Der Kontakt war etwas zäh und entgegen der Anzeige nur auf Französisch. Insgesamt hatten wir doch schöne Tage. Colmar ist eine Reise WERT.

    Superbe location, du confort et proche du centre de Colmar

    Un superbe long weekend en Alsace dans ce super appartement très propre, confortable, bien équipé dans un secteur calme proche du centre de Colmar. Pratique avec sa place de parking et agréable avec une grande terrasse permettant de prendre ses repas en extérieur. En plus, le propriétaire est une personne très agréable qui nous a très bien accueilli et à montrer sa grande disponibilité. Que du positif, nous recommandons totalement. 2 couples d'amis des Hauts de France

    perfekte wohnung für einen Uraub im Elsass

    Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Zentrum Colmar entfernt und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten, die sehr bequem sind. Zusätzlich kann im Wohnzimmer noch eine (etwas ältere) Couch ausgezogen werden. Das Bad hat eine Wanne mit Duschvorhang, Waschbecken und Badmöbel, die Toilette ist separat mit kl. Waschbecken. Es gibt eine Kochnische mit kühlschrank, eisfach, spülmaschine und herd, leider fehlt ein Toaster. Geschirr und Einrichtung überwiegend von ikea.
