Our direct oceanfront, extensively remodeled condo is one of the nicest in the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort, and we just continue to improve it! In-condo WiFi, comfy furniture and beds. Updated bathrooms with a glassed-in shower in the master bath and a deep-soaking tub in the guest bath.

This ground-floor, direct oceanfront unit is extremely private, with very little foot traffic in front of the back patio, which looks out on a common grassy area with the dunes and ocean directly beyond. The view is of marsh and dunes. Our dunes offer a protective buffer and a peaceful view as well. The common area between our patio and the dunes is carefully maintained by the complex. It's literally only steps to boardwalk and the ocean (2 minute walk, max) in a complex that's gated and secure. Our ground floor location affords easy access to the beach, and makes loading and unloading supplies a breeze -- no steps or elevators to worry about. Approximately 1/2 mile to Publix plaza (supermarket, salons, restaurants, etc); we are close to all beach restaurants and only 10-15 minutes to the historic city sites in Old St. Augustine.

Our unit features 16 x 16 tiled floors throughout,stainless steel appliances,stylish and comfortable furniture, updated vanities in bathrooms with solid-surface countertops and tumbled marble countertops in kitchen. Sleeps six total, with newer (2015) plush queen bed in master, newer Sealy plush twin beds in second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.

St. Augustine Beach is maintained by the city and always pristine, unlike some other areas nearby. Pride of ownership is clear throughout the complex. We ask only that guests treat our unit as they would their own property, gently and with care, as we have. We'd love to have you as our guests! Living just two hours away, we get over a lot to check on things and make sure all is well and everything is spotless and in good repair. About Sarah

My husband, Chad, and I treasure our condo at St. Augustine Beach. It's hard for us to believe we have owned it now for almost 14 years, but each year brings new memories as our family grows. We've been at the beach when it's sunny, when it's hotter than Hades, when it's cool and when it's flat out cold; we've been when it's windy and rainy and even a little flooded after a heavy storm...but we can tell you honestly that for us, there is never a bad day at the beach. Therefore, whenever we can get away from our jobs, we drive over from our home in Gainesville for as much restoration and renewal as our schedules will allow. The beach is so good for that!

Our condo has everything you should need and more to feel comfortable and at home, including WiFi, cable TV, DVD player and plenty of good books to read. Our VRBO business has been great and we now see people year after year who experience the beauty of our place and 'our beach' and make plans to come back. Please keep us in mind as you're considering where to take your next vacation. We value your time, your business and your support and it genuinely makes us feel good to be able to share this part of the world with others who are 'locals' or out-of-towners experiencing Florida for the first time. Why Sarah chose St Augustine Beach

I've lived in Florida all my life and have always loved the beach. My husband, a native Utahan, has also lived in this state for many years. We like St. Augustine because of its proximity to Gainesville, which allows us the opportunity to visit often, and because of its unique historical charm. We looked at several condos in the area when we decided to buy but were quickly sold on the Ocean & Racquet Resort, which is well-run, secure and structurally sound. It's an older complex than some on the beach but was very well built and continues to be extremely well maintained. The location is also ideal, being less than a mile from the Publix shopping plaza and many nearby restaurants, as well as only a 10-15 minute drive to the old city and its many attractions.

What makes this condo unique

The old city of St. Augustine....never gets old! We like the security and family-friendliness of our condo community, St. Augustine Ocean & Racquet Resort; the closeness of our particular unit to the beach; and the privacy and convenience of our ground floor unit. We have seen the environment change many times as the dunes rise and fall, and our view is never the same from month to month. We like observing the environmental changes and the wildlife we see in the dunes, and the fact that St. Augustine Beach has managed to retain a natural beauty and purity, unlike many of the south Florida beaches that have become more commercialized.

Delightful Vacationing!

We had a wonderful, winter vacation at the St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort and once again chose this lovely furnished and fully equipped condo! Watching the morning sunrise from our patio, walking on the beautiful beach, relaxing by the pool, hopping on the Trolley for a day in Historical St. Augustine or partaking in resort activities, our options each day were endless. The condo owners, Chad and Sarah, have a marvelous notebook on the coffee table filled with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations - we experienced quite a few and gave them a đź‘Ť!!

We'll be back for sure!

Outstanding Beach Holiday

The location and layout of the condo far exceeded our expectations. This condo offers top notch amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and comfy beds. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The condo is right next to the beach and has a lovely patio area to relax in. There are many good restaurants nearby and 2 food markets. We recommend this oceanfront beauty!

Such a relaxing place

This was my family's first vacation to St Augustine. We stayed at Sarah's condo #3126 and enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and very well stocked. It was close to the ocean and we didn't have to use an elevator at all! We loved the fact that is is on the ground floor which made it easier to go to beach or run to the car. Check in process went smooth and staff emailed me back with any questions I had for them. I would highly recommend staying at this condo again. I am hoping to rebook soon!

Great spot for a beach vacation.

My husband & I along with another couple spent 4 days at this condo. We found it very comfortable for the 4 of us. Everything you need was there. We also loved how close it was to the beach. We are all stand-up paddlers and 3 of us paddle surf. We loved that the 3 of us could just grab our boards from our van in the morning and catch a session without disrupting our other friends' morning. The pool and tennis courts looked nice too. Although we didn't get a chance to use them because there is so much to do in St. Augustine.

Cleaning/Resort Fee/Park $210.8 + Tax
Tax Rate 10.5%

All quotes will include a combined fee of $210.80 (includes cleaning, processing/resort fee and parking pass) as well as 10.5 percent Florida tax. Although we are not at this time collecting a separate damage deposit, we ask that upon check-in, guests sign the rental agreement included here. At that time (or by calling ahead to the resort if you prefer), you will need to provide our office with a credit card for incidentals, basically as security against damage. No charges will be run on the card provided conditions in the agreement are met and no damage has occurred (we have never had this happen in 13 years!) We would prefer to handle damage security (for our own peace of mind) this way, rather than ask guests to pay an additional fee upfront. The condo has bed linens, extra pillows, bath towels, basic soap, etc. but you will need to bring, rent or buy certain items, such as beach chairs or beach towels, paper towels, laundry soap and shampoo. Please ask if you have questions about what to bring.

Interested in staying for a longer period? We are happy to provide a quote. We occasionally will offer discounts for longer stays, based on demand. We also do last-minute deals from time to time so if you're antzy for a last-minute getaway and we're open, please email us for best offer.

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
