Situated one block from Winter Park's main drag on the west side of downtown, Rosie's Way is just steps away from all the shops, restaurants, concerts, and events Winter Park has to offer at Rosie's Way. Since most of the events happen on the east side of Main street, Rosie's Way lets you separate yourself from the hustle and bustle while still being in walking distance.

This stunning corner townhome is split over three levels with the main level open floor plan being the epicenter of the home. Tall windows let in plenty of light from the Colorado blue skies. Guests can bask in the natural light, enjoy the warm fire, or catch the game on the giant flat screen TV from multiple seating options in the living room. Multiple chefs have plenty of room to prepare meals on the four burner, plus griddle, gas range and oven and do it in style with the stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Step out on the deck for a private gas grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and town and mountain views.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite is located on the top level with a King bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with dual vanity. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level. The Queen bedroom features a Queen bed and shared bathroom while the Bunk Suite has two Twin/Twin bunks with an attached ensuite bathroom. The lower level second lounge provides games, books, flat screen TV, DVD player, a sprawling new sectional and access to the private hot tub.

The whole family is welcome, including Fido, to come and enjoy the comforts and perfect location of Rosie's Way any time of the year. This home is pet-friendly for one dog. There is a required $25 per night fee for one dog, which will be added to your balance after booking online or included in the total price when booking with a reservationist.

Sleeping arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen in the second bedroom, two sets of Twin over Twin bunks in the third bedroom, and a self-inflating Twin EZ Aerobed. Sleeps up to nine guests.

Great location
Awesome place close to town and just 100 yards from bus stop. Garage is heated and tall enough to fit suburban with car carrier. Tons of plates, mugs and glassware. Really nice layout.

Excellent location and property!
The home is quiet and clean! It is in walking distance of downtown winter park for easy access to restaurants and is also close to a bus stop that takes you directly to the ski resort. Check in instructions were easy and the communication with staff was quick and clear. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place!
Rosie’s Way was a great place to hang out with friends and family. The kitchen is stocked well, plenty of seating and spacious for people to move around and enjoy themselves. It was quiet in the evenings too. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Winter Park Gem!
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and very comfortable for our family of five. Short drive to the ski slopes but could also ride ski shuttle if we wanted. We also loved the private hot tub.
