Amazing Wailea Villa!
This villa has everything and more than we could have wanted for our family of 8. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Robbie (owner) and the great staff of the Wailea Villas. Each of us were given a lei and short tour of the property. Robbie then took us up to the villa and gave us a short tour of his amazing unit.
The unit is unbelievable - amazing kitchen, large lanai with amazing views, outdoor BBQ, amazing master bedroom/bathroom, 2 other full suites, office, laundry, etc.
The finishes and artwork in the unit are all high end and inviting.
The gated property is beautiful. 2 full pools and a semi-private beach with attendants that set up beach chairs, towels, etc. Full concierge to set up day trips, snorkeling, etc.
Great location Right next door to Wailea shops and restaurants.
Robbie was very attentive to our needs and made it clear that he was only a phone call away if we needed anything.
We will definitely rent this unit again on our next trip to Maui!
Great property next door to the Grand Wailea. This unit offers a view of the ocean, the lanai is directly above one of the pools, and is just a short 3 or 4 minute walk to the beach. Robbie was great and did all he could to make our stay he great. The unit has very high-level finishes and is fully appointed and equipped. We were a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids) and had plenty of room. Book it - you won't be disappointed.
The villa was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with the state of the art technology including power black-out blinds, power electric recliners and high definition TV’s. The kitchen had with everything we needed to prepare meals for our family of 8. The beds were comfortable and linens were high quality. The property owner was very friendly and responsive, meeting us for a tour of the property upon arrival. The location is outstanding! The shops are literally a few steps away, the family pool is located under the lanai, and the adult pool and beach is a short walk down a path filled with gorgeous waterfalls and gardens. The pools were never crowded and towels, morning coffee and lemon water were provided. We will definitely return!
My husband and I are loyal Four Seasons guests, but we brought our adult children with us this trip, so we needed a larger space. This condo turned out to be absolutely perfect! We were greeted with a delicious bottle of wine and a huge basket of local Hawaiian treats. This condo is ideal for either 3 couples or a family up to 8 people. There are 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, and an office with a pullout sofa that we used as a bedroom. We loved this place! It is gorgeous and immaculate. Not only are the furnishings beautiful and comfortable, they were functional. It was so convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen plus the washer and dryer. This condo is conveniently located at the front of the property, and we were able to reach the Shops of Wailea within a minute walk, or the beach within 3 minutes. We utilized both the beach and pools. Attendants are available at all three locations. There is complimentary onsite transportation available, just be aware that the front desk closes at 8:00 pm so you’ll need to get the driver’s contact info. We will absolutely plan another visit to this condo in the near future! Thank you, Robbie & Nancy, for a wonderful stay!
Amazing Property in Wailea!
My family and I rented this property from Nancy & Robbie Dein in May 2019. The unit is absolutely immaculate, well cared for, and exactly as pictured. The grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas are equally impressive and perfectly maintained. The location can’t be beat, with easy access to shops, dining, and entertainment. And Nancy & Robbie were the perfect property managers with quick responses to any questions and a dedication to making our stay memorable and enjoyable. If we could give them 10 stars, we would! Thank you for a perfect time in Maui!
Our hearts soar as we appreciate your acknowledgement! We do so care that our guests truly enjoy the lovely villa that we offer. Our unit is tasteful, finely decorated and not overdone. We believe it it to be a calm peaceful refuge and support our guests to enjoy a restorative time in paradise. Mosts of our guests are multi-generational families as we comfortably sleep eight, plus an occasional infant or two! It brings us joy to share our Beach Villa with those who truly value and appreciate it as we do! Thanks for sharing your experience Stephanie. Love to host your family again when the time is right for you!

This is an exceptional and spacious 3bed/3 bath (attached baths) in Wailea Beach Villas complex (unit 208) with private elevator access. It is ideally located walking distance next to the Shops at Wailea which has a variety of restaurants and shopping. In addition, it has a dedicated office (no closet) with a sofa sleeper and Apple desktop. Very comfortable beds and all blinds work by remote control.
This property sits high in the complex with breathtaking garden and distant ocean views but is a walk to the beach (with stairs). Next door is the Grand Wailea Hotel/Spa.
The owner Robbie Dein (Maui real-estate agent) has thought of every guest need and provides a lovely gift basket full of Maui favorite delights. He meets you at the lobby and gives a complete orientation. The unit is 3000+ sq ft of luxury and high-end finishes including a gas BBQ on the large lanai and full-size washer/dryer. Expensive art pieces decorate this truly special property. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals for your family and friends. Ceiling fans are in each room as well as multi-zone air conditioning. This unit sits above the family pool area and you should expect to hear children at play very early in the morning. The only reason I rated this unit 4-stars is because we have two mechanical problems. First, the air conditioning in the master bedroom leaked condensation water from the ceiling onto the master closet carpet. Soaking it and requiring a large commercial fan to run during our stay. The second item was the master bath shower which needed a valve replaced so the hot water temperature could be adjusted for comfort. We had service technicians coming and going from our unit. The air conditioning needed parts ordered, we were without air conditioning in the master bedroom as well as 3rd bedroom, which was uncomfortable during our entire stay. Superior communication with the owner during these hiccups and the reservation process.
Aloha Lisa and Family,
We are glad you loved the special environment we have created at Wailea Beach Villas 208. Out of the blue we experienced these two mechanical incidents, which were totally out of our control, and you were very gracious to 'make the very best' of an unpredictable situation! We love sharing our unit with our guests and keep it in the finest condition; in fact All Temp Air Conditioning had just completed their quarterly service of our AC! We acknowledge the inconvenience and would like to offer you a 10 % discount on your entire future stay in our unit whenever you might choose to join us again here at Wailea Beach Villas.
Thanks for taking time to share your experience as it truly help future guests know what they can expect!
We hope to host your family again soon.
With sincere aloha,
Robbie and Nancy Dein
Do not miss the 'Old Lahaina Luau' for the Best Setting and an entertaining education on the history and culture of Polynesia. Outrageous authentic Hula, Music and Food in a phenomenal authentic oceanfront setting! 1. ✦ Attend a Luau: Not many people travel all the way to Hawaii without attending the quintessential luau. The traditional feast typically has music accompanied by dance and, of course, no shortage of food. The Feast of Lele in Lahaina puts on one of the few luaus in Maui that is not a buffet (that’s primarily why I chose that one and the backdrop wasn’t too shabby either). Though another popular choice is Old Lahaina.
2.Though sea turtles can be found in many snorkeling areas on the island, one of my favorites was Maui’s Olowalu Reef. Kayak Olowalu has an excursion where not only can you kayak through the smooth waters, but also pop on a mask to snorkel, and if nature is on your side quite possibly swim with some sea turtles.
3.Walk on a Black Sand Beach: While contemplating which of the Road to Hana stops you will make, don’t miss the one at mile marker 32, the Wai’anapanapa Black Sand Beach. Take the short, steep trail down to the beachfront, take off your shoes and walk along the shiny black sand. It was one of my favorite Things to do in Maui.
4. Tour a Pineapple Farm: You haven’t tasted a pineapple until you have tasted one straight from the bush. Take a tour of a pineapple farm with Maui Gold Tours to see the fascinating farming process of the fruit, plus your guide will allow you to taste the pineapples at three different levels of ripeness, so you can pick your favorite.
5. Drive the Road to Hana: One of the absolute best things to do in Maui is to drive the picturesque 53-mile, curvy Road to Hana. With breathtaking waterfalls, hiking spots and beaches, this drive should absolutely be on your bucket list.
6. Milk a Goat: Maui is home to Surfing Goat Dairy which is located in lower Kula of Maui’s Upcountry and has been producing gourmet goat cheeses for nine years. They offer a variety of tours, one of which you can milk an actual goat! After the milking is complete don’t forget to eat a creamy goat cheese truffle while at the goat dairy.
7. Haleakala Bike Company will take you on a bicycle adventure starting at the summit of Haleakala, Maui’s largest Volcano. The thrilling 27-mile downhill bike ride includes bicoastal and crater views, as well as pit stops along the way.
8. One of the absolute must things to do in Maui is to spend time relaxing in a cool surf town—and Paia is a perfect choice. With its beachy boutiques, stunning waterfronts and fresh fish restaurants, It is definitely the epitome of a funky, cool town. It is also a great place to start on the Road to Hana.
9. In the Upcountry region of Maui, you will find Alli Kula Lavender Farm. Although lavender is not native to Maui, and they are not always blooming, a walk through the gardens during the season is definitely bucket list worthy.
10. The ukelele, which means jumping flea, is commonly associated with Hawaiian music. So, what would be a more perfect thing to do in Maui than learning how to play one while on the island? At Ukelele Mele you can not only master how to play this instrument, but also purchase one as a souvenir.
11. A lei is a garland that is a symbol of affection and placed around the neck upon arriving to Hawaii. In the movies these tokens are mostly made with exquisite fresh flowers, though in most places through the islands they have been replaced by the Kukui Tree Nut lei, which lasts much longer.
But, with all of the gorgeous Hawaiian flowers you will find in Maui it is worth seeking out a fresh one.
12. Witness Lava Rock: Another one of the amazing things to do in Maui is to take a drive along Makena Road and through the Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve for cool peek at the lava fields. It looks like something from the set of Star Wars! The surreal landscape was created by the lava flowing from Mt. Haleakala.
13. Stand Amongst a Bamboo Forest: Along Maui’s Road to Hana, you can take the Pipiwai hiking trail to the majestic Bamboo Forest. Stand amongst the impressive bamboo that lines the pathway.
14. Learn to Husk a Coconut: A coconut has a rough exterior shell which is the husk. Corn husking may not be the most practical skill you ever learn, but a fun thing to do none the less. Classes are often given at the Whalers Village in Lahaina.
15. Take a step up from the kiddie snow cones and indulge in a Hawaiian delicacy, flavored Shave Ice. What is it? This dessert is made with shaved ice (not crushed like that of a traditional snow cone) and then topped with an array of flavors. Try one of the best at Ululani’s Shave Ice shop, which has three locations throughout Maui. I can vouch for the Haleakala made with coconut, leche and topped with sweetened condensed milk.
16. Eat at a Roadside Stop: From banana bread to fresh fruit smoothies to jumbo shrimp, you can get it all on the Maui roadside.
