I have lived here, all but eight years of my life, attending school, raising a family and now have two wonderful grandchildren. They attend the same school that both myself and and their parents have. We all have deep roots here and love this area. We hope that as visitors, you see and feel the same beauty that we do.

Secluded and beautiful location! Cute and cozy apartment!
We had a wonderful stay! Jean, the owner, was very responsive and welcoming and yet gave us our privacy! The apartment is extremely clean, modern, and stylish! My family of five felt very comfortable there and would definitely stay there again. It’s also a great place to stay when going to Cooperstown.
Home Away from Home
We loved this place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Our family of 6 was very comfortable here. After leaving the big city, this was the perfect country home to enjoy the fresh air and the kids loved running in the grass and playing in the yard. Jean was easy to communicate with. We came for only one night to see the baseball hall of game, but wish we were there longer to explore the beautiful area. Would definitely rent again.
Stayed here for a 3 day Cooperstown trip and it was an awesome experience. The apartment is fully stocked with everyone you would ever need to make yourself at home. It was very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It is a great out of the way place for some rest time after spending the day exploring Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Great place to stay for the weekend. It was about a half hour from Cooperstown hall of fame. Took my son and his buddy to the hall of fame and in the evenings we had a large yard where they could throw the ball and burn off some energy. The only negative is the shower is a little tight for bigger people but it wasn't the smallest shower I've ever had to deal with either. Overall a great place and the owners also seemed very nice. The kids are already talking about the desire to make another trip up that way next year. If we're able to make that a reality this will be the place I will try to book first before looking at any other lodging possibilities.
Thanks for a great weekend.
It was a perfect place to meet friends, relax, cook our own meals, and venture forth. Thanks for a great experience.
Jean was great to communicate with. Clean place to stay in a beautiful area. It was perfect!
We are 15 miles, 25 minutes from The Baseball Hall Of Fame and The Dreams Park, where young children play baseball with children from all over the the US. There are also museums, Otsego Lake where the famous Otesaga Resort Hotel/Restaurant and golf course are located.
