This charming historic Charleston home is gracious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Our home is located in the up and coming neighborhood locals refer to as the East Side of Charleston on the peninsula. We are just two blocks to historic King Street and all the happening bars and restaurants and directly across the street from the famous Commodore Club. Our home features two off street parking spaces and complimentary concierge services. This home has it all with an open floor plan and ample seating for guests in our two living rooms. Our home has two stories of generous porches and a fenced in private yard with outside dining. The home is professionally designed in the modern mid century style fused with luxury and comfort. The home has been fully renovated and features a gourmet chef's kitchen and stainless appliances which are all brand new. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items guests need to entertain and enjoy their vacation. We provide luxury linens and towels and hotel toiletries. The first floor has a living room, and den, along with a kitchen, first floor bedroom suite and full bathroom. The kitchen is fully updated with an island that seats four and an adjacent dining table that seats 8-10. No detail has been overlooked from stylish comfortable furniture to inviting decor with the touches of a home away from home. The second floor has three bedrooms. The Master Suite features a King bed, tv and en suite full bathroom. Luxurious linens are throughout. Hotel toiletries provided. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. All bedrooms are carpeted. The floors are original. There are high ceilings and original molding. There is a washer and dryer with detergent for guest use. There are privacy blinds throughout the home. The front porch is a great sunny spot to watch passersby and enjoy walking to one of Charleston's most popular and hip venues the Commodore Club. Our yard has a privacy fence, driveway with gate and grassy back yard. Guests are a short walk or Uber ride to all the nearby hot spots. This home is one of a kind. There are no other rentals like it. There is a large fenced in back yard and 3 off street parking spaces along with one street space making a total of 4 parking spaces for guests.
Valid picture ID required with reservation. 30 Day Written Cancellation Policy. No refunds within 30 days of check in date. No smoking. Two night minimum. On weekends, Friday & Saturday night stay required. Property Management Company and / or Owner not responsible for parking tickets. All deposits, payments and / or monies paid are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival date.

Please be advised that we are a non-smoking property and any guests in violation of this under the Terms of our Listing and / or Short Term Rental Agreement, will void their CSA insurance policy and therefore be personally responsible for any damages.

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, management shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.

Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.

During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

Terrible experience
Arrived and had to call manager upon arrival. No instructions received prior to. We are inside for about 10 minutes when a bridal party arrived - the place had been double booked. Tried to call manager - no answer. Texted her - she replies back with “Oh no - let me call the owner”. My reservation was cancelled 3 minutes later. No communication back from manager or owner. Tried calling twice and texting several times. She ghosted me. Terrible experience. Owner and manager should be proud of how the situation was handled. Not.

House was great, but location was less than desirable.
The house was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great! However, the location was less than desirable. It said it was in an "up and coming" location and they certainly meant "up and coming." The area around the house was very sketchy, lots of homeless people were walking around the area, and we didn't feel comfortable walking after dark. Also, we never really felt like we could walk to King Street so we still ended up taking Uber's everywhere. Maybe in a few more years when the neighborhood has transitioned a bit more, but I would look for a place with a better location for my next visit.

Great Get together here with our adult children. Didn’t use the kitchen other than all your water glasses (appreciated the bottled water machine!) But enjoy Charlston is fabulous restaurants then relaxed here with late night movies. Thanks!

Location was good, details lacking.
There were minimal towels, one bath towel for each adult (4). There was no coffee pot only Keurig - and not Keurig coffee to go with it. We did reach out to the concierge who promised to look into it but did not. Location is good. Lovely patio and deck upstairs - but the deck upstairs had no place to sit. Over all the house is nice. However it was the details that were lacking

Beautiful home, convenient location
This home was a good size for our 6-adult family trip. The walkers among us walked down to the historic district, others drove down. It's a pleasant walk in nice weather. We had everything we needed in the beautifully-appointed house. The thing that most struck all of us was how very interesting and beautiful this home is. The home is filled with an eclectic and interesting collection of amazing things. We wanted to meet the owners to hear the stories associated with their collection. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this jewel box!
