The kitchen is fully updated with an island that seats four and eat in kitchen extension with table that seats 8-10. No detail has been overlooked from stylish comfortable furniture to rare coffee table books and all the personal touches of a home away from home. The second floor has all three bedrooms. The Master has a King bed and en suite bathroom along with closet. Luxurious linens are throughout. Hotel toiletries provided. The second bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The third bedroom has a queen bed and closet. All bedrooms are carpeted. The floors are original. There are high ceilings and original molding. There is a washer and dryer with detergent for guest use. There are privacy blinds throughout the home. The front porch is a great sunny spot to watch passersby and enjoy walking to one of Charleston's most popular and hip venues the Commodore Club. Our yard has a privacy fence, driveway with gate and grassy back yard. Guests are a short walk or Uber ride to all the nearby hot spots. This home is one of a kind. There are no other rentals like it. There is a large fenced in back yard and 3 off street parking spaces along with one street space making a total of 4 parking spaces for guests.
Valid picture ID required with reservation. 30 Day Written Cancellation Policy. No refunds within 30 days of check in date. No smoking. Two night minimum. On weekends, Friday & Saturday night stay required. Property Management Company and / or Owner not responsible for parking tickets. All deposits, payments and / or monies paid are non-refundable within 30 days of your arrival date.
Please be advised that we are a non-smoking property and any guests in violation of this under the Terms of our Listing and / or Short Term Rental Agreement, will void their CSA insurance policy and therefore be personally responsible for any damages.
If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Charleston County is given during the dates of your stay, management shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler within 72 hours. Owner or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation.
Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler’s group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation.
During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
