Spend your vacation in a luxury condo located across the street from the ocean in Kailua, Kona. Walk to town and enjoy the great atmosphere, restaurants and shopping. Magic Sands and Snorkel Beach are just a short distance down Alii Drive.

The complex has a beautiful lava rock pool and spa with a great workout center. Kona Sea Ridge is gated with two reserved parking spaces (handicapped accessible) and extra parking on Alii Drive.

The condo is 1900 square feet and beautifully decorated. The Master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a king size bed, walk in closet, a large bathroom area and a oversized lanai with ocean view.

The 2nd bedroom upstairs has two sets of bunks with handmade Hawaiian qullts and is perfect for children. Pack and play crib, car seats and toys are included. This room also accommodates extra guests. There is also a loft on the 2nd floor with two large futon sofa beds and a TV area with Xbox game.The 2nd floor has an extra large bath for guests and children.

The downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and is located next to a large bathroom. The bedroom has a flat screen TV and is very private.

The living area is extra large with a dining table seating 6 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The great room has a 70 inch HD flat screen TV and seating for 8 people on overstuffed Hawaiian print wicker and teak furniture.

All rooms have ceiling fans and, of course, central air conditioning and window A/C units in all bedrooms. Both the upper and lower lanais have beautiful furniture with seating up to 8 with a gas barbecue.

Beach chairs, snorkel equipment, four sets of golf clubs, coolers etc. are available for those wonderful days at the beach. Enjoy the sunsets and feel like you are at home as there is ample space and privacy for you, your family and your guests. Beautiful Hawaiian art work throughout condo.

The condo is our family home and my children and grandkids spend many months with me enjoying the sunshine and beautiful beaches. The condo has everything for every age group. I have stayed in rental condos in the past and they provide only the necessities. Our condo offers everything you would ever need from a completely stocked kitchen to beach equipment, DVD's, books, toys etc. It is a real home away from home.

I would like to start off with a big Thank You. We spent one month in your lovely home and were able to share this with our kids and grandkids. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and are grateful for how clean and nicely stocked the house is. (Eg. beach chairs, towel, toys and all picnic gear) The recommendation of the beaches posted on your fridge were very helpful, we visited all of them! Thanks for your hospitality. We would like to stay here again when we’re back in Kona. What a beautiful place you have here.

Great place to stay!

Aloha...Just a short note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo for the past month.We had a wonderful, relaxed and fun filled time and really appreciated so many things about your condo. The beach chairs, coolers and beach towels were great. The girls loved the sand toys and the boys purchased boogie boards that were lots of fun and left for your next renters. The kitchen was so well stocked...we used the rice cooker nearly every day. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so helpful! We really appreciated having 3 bathrooms (each family got their own) and the BBQ on the patio was so convenient (we used it a lot!). The beautiful pool and hot tub were very popular and at least part of our group used them daily. We did not need to use air conditioning as we took advantage of the breezes, cool night air and abundant ceiling fans. The large screen TV in the living room made us feel like we were at the movies...the dvd player was not working but we used Netflix and it was great. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome...we miss Hawaii already and hope to return soon! Mahalo from our whole crew!

We rented this condo for our family for our 50th Wedding anniversary, and it was ideal! Big enough so everyone had their own space, but still intimate enough for family dinners. The pool on the grounds was great for small children, and the adults liked the coffee shop across the road. It's a bit of a walk into Kona, but an easy drive to shops and restaurants. Donna was very good about keeping in contact with us. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and very well-equipped. Overall, a great value. We'd surely recommend it to friends -- and we have.

It was our first visit to the Big Island & we were not disappointed. The condo was very well equipped & comfortable. It was better than all of the condos we have stayed in on other islands.

It was nice staying close to Kona. Being able to walk to town to the market was great. It is a Big island & lots to see. Donna was very helpful .J& J

Great Home!

This was my first time renting through VRBO and I was a bit concerned. However, Donna's home was a dream. This condo is in an ideal location and is just beautiful. It's beautifully decorated, clean and has everything you need. I fell in love with Hawaii and hope to come back soon. I will definitely book this home again. Thank you so much Donna.
