Located on the first floor and overlooking the Beach Golf Course, our Villa has over 1400 square feet of luxury for you to enjoy. 'The Waikoloa Beach Villas' is a gated community with two pools, hot tubs, BBQ areas, and a fitness center. It's a short walk to Anaeho'omalu Bay Beach, and a two-minute walk to shopping, restaurants, spas, and Hawaiian cultural activities.

You must see our pictures to appreciate the interior beauty of our home. We have spared no expense in making this Villa among the most beautiful in the resort. There are nine-foot ceilings in every room and a feeling of openness and luxury that is difficult to find anywhere else.

The kitchen has custom mahogany cabinetry, granite slab countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to make gourmet meals.

We have created a romantic master suite with a king bed. The master bathroom has a huge soaking tub and a separate shower with a gorgeous black pebble floor. There are two spa robes for your enjoyment. The second bedroom is also very comfortable and is decorated with traditional Hawaiian quilts on two twin beds that can be made into one king bed upon request.

Not only is it beautiful, romantic and comfortable, but it is also 'child friendly,' We have special 'Child Amenities' for your little one's to enjoy as well as those things to help the parents like pack-n-play, high chair, sound monitor, and bed rails.

You will also have access to the garage, beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach toys, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and rolling cooler. All guest of the Waikoloa Beach Resort will receive discounted golf rates.

The Queens’ MarketPlace is becoming the gathering place of the Kohala Coast on Hawaii's Big Island. It is comprised of 116,000 SF of retail, dining and office space and offers two unique entertainment venues; Waikoloa Bowl at Queens’ Gardens and the Coronation Pavilion in the center of the mall. Waikoloa Bowl, a gently sloped grassy performance venue, is becoming the Big Island's favorite entertainment venue for year-round local and world renowned entertainment. The Kings’ Shops provides excellent dining options from fine dining to casual eateries. Three Fat Pigs and Roy’s are a must try!

Why Nicholas Murphy chose Kohala Coast

We love the Big Island due to it's local atmosphere and small community charm. We found the location of these units to be ideal for our family. It's surrounded by restaurants, activities, beaches, golf, trails, and coffee... especially the coffee. This unit in particular we feel has an amazing location within the villas. It's away from the roads, and noisy areas, and has a large grassy area in back for our boys and their friends to have water gun wars, or play kickball, or to run out on the golf course at sunset.

What makes this condo unique

One of our most cherished moments on trips to our home is the first few days after we arrive and we are still adjusting to the 2-3 hour time difference. We wake up before sunrise, Wife makes two steamy hot mochas, and we sit on the lanai as the sun rises over the volcano. The birds are out pecking in the grass. The maintenance crew is working on the golf course off in the distance, and even though it's 5:30 am, it's still 80 degrees!!

Thank you for all the wonderful things you have for us to use. We had a wonderful time and my son said “he had the time of his life”. It was his first vacation ever. We loved going to the beach everyday and driving around the island. Your condo is very family friendly and close to all of the things we wanted to do. We would stay here again if given the chance. The condo was amazing. My wife and three children were so impressed with the "extras" provided; beach gear, water guns, and board games for night time entertainment once the pool closed. The decor was so homey with all of the condiments in the kitchen and bath. We regretted that we didn't choose to stay longer

I booked this property after contacting Nicholas. He is pleasant, friendly, and welcoming of questions. I had specific questions (e.g., how low can we turn down the thermostat on that AC?) because some other experiences staying in a condo were not as pleasant. The unit itself was ahhhhhhhhhhmazing ! Beautifully decorated, clean, spotless. You could feel the love and attention to detail every where you looked. Everything that you would need is thought out for you and all you would have to do is show up with your luggage and a grocery haul from costco and you will be all set for your stay. Nicholas and Laura, thank you for all that you do and to helping to create lifelong vacation memories. Looking forward to a future stay.

Great Family Condo!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo in Waikoloa Village, the location was central to great beaches and shopping. The condo was well equipped for our three and a half year old son and the green space right out our door was a life saver. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all our meals and that was a huge plus for our life style. Nicholas even made sure I had a new crock pot to use for our dinners. My husband even had access to the espresso maker in the condo to have his morning coffee.

The pool area was a short walk from the condo and was a very nice. There was a beach that was a short drive away from the condo or a 10 minute walk. There was a barbecue in the pool area that we used several nights. For our son it was also nice to have so many other kids staying in the area for him to play with in the pool.

Communication with Nicholas was great he was always willing to answer my questions and he was very quick in replying. I am thankful that his family shares their home away from home with us. I would recommend this condo for a short term or long term stay.

Perfect stay in paradise!

This condo was the perfect location for a great family vacation! The condo was well equipped with anything you need for Hawaiian adventures. The beautifully decorated condo provided a relaxing environment after a long day in the sun. It was within waking distances to 2 shopping areas, restaurants, pool and beach! Definitely will be returning here!

The owner was very responsive with all of our questions. He was readily great to work with!!

If you are traveling with children and want to have a couples night out, we recommend Big Island Nannies. We have the information in our condo folder. We used to use them every year for our pre-teen kids and it was amazing. The kids loved it and we feel our children were in great hands. They are old enough now that they "don't need a babysitter now Daaad"
