Main Street Cottage is located in the heart of downtown close to shopping, restaurants, nature hiking trails on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.

In winter Pagosa Springs is famous for its powder snow and you will find Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. When you return you will find the hot springs only a short block away and excellent restaurants literally out your front door.

My home has many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and incredibly comfortable beds (1 King size Sleep Number and 2 Pillow top Queens) to greet you after your fun day in the mountains.

The kitchen is nicely appointed with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and has everything you will need to grab a quick snack or prepare a gourmet meal. Enjoy the use of a brand new high efficiency washer and dryer during your stay too!

Very spacious with private bathrooms for each room:)

This house was very comfortable and spacious. It’s in walking distance to everything downtown. Coffee and bakery right across the street. Walk to the park, walk to the hot springs, walk to the get it. We had a great Christmas in this home with our adult sons.

Wonderful Kitchen -- clean and neat home! - Lots of space

What a great location! A short walk to all things Pagosa Springs has to offer-- We had two non-skiers and the accommodations were spot on while they enjoyed your lovely home. Clean, neat, and organized would be the best descriptors for this property. And, the pizza place across the street exceeded our expectations. Lots of storage and great closet spaces. We will be back!

Perfect location and house

We absolutely loved our stay at Main Street Cottage. It was the perfect size for our group (3 couples). Not to mention-the location could not have been any better. It is within walking distance of so many good restaurants and bars. And we visited the coffee shop across the street every morning. Livia was a wonderful host, had everything ready for us, and communication was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome property in a perfect location in Pagosa

Had a great experience staying at this house! We loved how all the bedrooms had their own bathroom and there is a ton of space. Had everything we needed and all we had to do was buy our groceries. As an added bonus... there is a great coffee shop right across the street (The Lift Coffee House) and a great brewery/restaurant (Riff Raff Brewing Company) within walking distance!

Walk from the Main Street Cottage and enjoy the town park, walking paths, and downtown shopping area. Great Hot Springs only 3 blocks away! Enjoy weekly rodeos, art festivals, ballon rallys and many more fun activities throughout the summer!

Checkin/Checkout Procedures and HOUSEKEEPING
• Check-in time is no earlier than 3:30 pm MT unless prior approval. On your arrival day, the back door of the Main Street Cottage will be open. Keys will be located on key rack right inside back door.
• Checkout time is no later than 10:30 am MT the day you are scheduled to leave. We must be able to enter the home at 10:30 a.m.
• Checkout procedures: Prior to checkout, all dishes should be washed and put away. Beds may be left unmade and sheets and pillowcases left on. Towels should be placed in the laundry hamper. Make sure all doors and windows are locked and shut. Please leave your key on the key rack inside the back door and lock the door using the doorknob lock.
