Welcome to our wonderful mountain home deep in the heart of Breckenridge where recreational activities abound and everything important is only minutes away! You can be active all day summer or winter or sit for hours on our deck enjoying the deliciously cool summer air while watching many steady animal visitors such as native Colorado birds, hummingbirds and chipmunks who drop by to say hello. Our deck also welcomes you as a quiet place to both read, work on your computer, or visit with friends.
We have lovingly redone our home over the last couple of years in warm colors of yellows and golds complete with new furniture and kitchen fixtures. We have a Victorian master bedroom with a king-size bed , a Cowboy bedroom with a queen bed and one set of bunk beds, and an Indian queen bedroom. We also have a loft which can be used as a small children's playroom. This playroom area is visible to adults at all times during the day and can be closed off at night. Our grandchildren head straight for it! Please check the listing for all our amenities.
Another special feature our family enjoys is the cul-de-sac street we live on. There is very little traffic and we enjoy sitting on our deck, watching our children ride their bicycles up and down. Gardeners at heart, we also add new plants and trees each year. What a treat to watch our garden grow!
We look forward to sharing our Breckenridge home with you and hope to make you a repeat guest!

We love to meet and greet others and welcome them to our home. WE love to garden, take in the cool summers and enjoy the quiet sounds of snow on the streets. We are from the South, Texas, so do love the mountain air during the summer months. What fun to feel like you are on top of the world in the morning and go skiing in the afternoon!!!
Owner purchased this House in 2002
Why Owner chose Breckenridge
My cousin has a home in Breckenridge and we fell in love with the small town atmosphere.
What makes this House unique
Breathing in the oh so cool air, snow on the mountain as we sip our coffee, and riding my bike with the breeze rushing through my hair. I am always on the hunt for the Amber Glow in the evening that I hear so much about. You are blessed if you see it!!!

Great, comfortable home for family ski trip
We had a multi-generational family holiday at Breck. This home suited our family of 8 (5 adults, 3 kids) very nicely. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times. Did nearly all cooking at home. We appreciated that the home is used by the owners, which means the essentials are there and you feel you are at someone's home, not a sterile, empty hotel room. We walked 5 minutes to the shuttle bus to Base 8 and skied home (with a short walk) each day. Early risers got a drop off at the Base which is 5 minutes away. Grocery shopping was near by. we drove downtown to walk around and have dinner. Parking was fairly easy. Too far to walk downtown, but there is a shuttle. My one small issue was the lack of stereo/speaker (unless I missed it). We needed some music in the morning to get us ready for a big ski day! A bluetooth speaker would be great to have.
Great place, 2 blocks from free shuttle!
Very nice house, with everything include! Hot tub was already hot when we got there! Very close to the city and 2 blocks from the free shuttle. Very easy drive to the house, we got a good snow, still recommend 4x4 vehicle.
just as pictured, great location
minutes from downtown breck and ski lifts! cozy spot with a great hot tub
Great house for a large family!
The house was great! Our only complaint was that it was freezing cold when we got there at 9:30 p.m. And took all night to warm up.
The house was pretty and very close to the Breckenridge ski slopes and Mainstreet Breckenridge. It was very warm and inviting with all the comforts of home and space for my family of 4 to spread out for personal time. It was clean and well maintained. The view was like a postcard. It snowed every day that we were there (we loved the hot tub in the snow). My kids loved sledding and playing in the snow behind the house. We never used our car after we got there due to the free city bus system that had a bus stop close by. We even used a bus to go to Keystone for the day.
We will definitely consider coming here again. The owner was easy to work with, and there was someone available if we needed help with anything.
Great place to spend time with the family!
Love the split level design, everyone can have some of their own space without being super disconnected from the family. We were 3 grandparents, 2 parents, 1 sibling, and 2 small children and we had a great time, there was so much more bedspace available too. Paul offered his Pack'n'Play for the little ones which we were happy to take him up on the offer. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, tons of silverware, spices are pretty well situated as well. Only consideration there might be a larger non-stick skillet for cooking breakfast for large groups of people? Pretty minor overall! Location is good but certainly not ski in/ski out, 2 blocks from the shuttle up to Peaks 7 and 8, 2-3 blocks from 4 o'clock Run coming back down as well. We'd stay there again! Thanks Paul for a wonderful 4 day weekend at your place.
ice- skating rink plus first class recreational center with indoor swimming pool families love. Local Carter Park offers a wonderful sledding hill for the entire family making you feel part of the local scene!!!
For you Bridge card game lovers, play is offered most afternoons a week at the Frisco Community Center --9 miles back on I-70. Fun, friendly, relaxed group! Very welcoming. Transportation is not a problem all over the area as free buses run regularly and the bus stop is a five minute walk from our home
