What makes this House unique
Unobstructed views over the ocean afford an ever-changing scene with abdundant seals, birds, boats and occasional whales. When not looking at the sea - watch our resident eagle (and family) in the tree beside the house.

A little piece of paradise
We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing time in this heavenly location. The views are better than we imagined from the living room and both upper and lower decks. We got to see new animals every day including: seals, otters and sea lions, which was a BIG treat.
The accommodation was very comfortable and really began to feel like a home we wished we didn’t have to leave.
The hosts were lovely and spoiled us with lots of attention to detail from freshly cut flowers to special treats for adults and kids alike:) They went out of their way to accommodate us including taking special measures to return valuable things we accidentally left behind.
There is a bit of landscaping happening next door but that really didn’t take away from the magnificence of this spot for us.
Historically we have stayed in Parksville but we LOVED this location for sooo many reasons and hope to visit again soon! Thank you so much for everything Judy and Tony:):)
The house was a great place to relax and just enjoy the fantastic view.
We spent from sun up to sun down on the deck watching all the wild life.
Tons of eagles, seals, sea lions, otters, deer, rabbits - it was pretty much non stop. I felt like a tourist rather than someone who grew up here.
The sunrises were awesome. Great location for walks, bike rides and short adventures. My dogs loved the yard, fully fenced and flat, we spent lots of time throwing the ball and enjoying the view from the front of the home as well.
The Quality Foods right in Nanoose bay has everything you would need, and there is a liquor store and pharmacy as well. Parksville is about a 20 minute drive, Nanaimo about 40 mins, depending on time of day.
The home owners were lovely, and very helpful. It was a 10 out of 10 for us.
Thank you so much Shannon! We were thrilled to have you and your family and were so pleased that you enjoyed our property. You were super guests.
