Clean, comfortable, adequate, fun

We had two fathers and four teenage kids stay here for a week. There is one king, one queen, two twins, and a queen pullout couch. Two full baths plus a powder room. Was fine for us as long as two kids were willing to share a bed. Big kitchen and a large table were great for the six of us. The double car garage was more than big enough for our one rented SUV, and provided extra space for laying out our skis and boots to dry each night. The location was a 5 minute drive from the Park City Canyons parking lot, and easily accessible to Interstate 80. We could have used the transit bus too. The kids enjoyed the easy walk to the Redstone shopping area in the evenings. And we could see Elk grazing in the distance in the nature reserve across the street. Our only criticism is that we were expecting a standalone house, when in actuality this is a condo with six units per building. But we would not hesitate to recommend this for other families.

Very nice property in a great location!

We have stayed at several condos in the Kimball Junction / Newpark Area and this one was great! This was our first time staying in one of the two car garage, three bedroom units and it was perfect for our group. Short walk to almost everything you could ever need, yet far back enough for peace and quiet. 10 minute drive to the ski resorts and easy access to the interstate and Salt Lake City. Shared backyard area allows for snow play for kids and there are Pokemon to catch if you're playing that game! Wifi worked well, up to date appliances and electronics, plenty of towels and supplies. We will be back again for sure!
