'Hale Nana Kohola' (the Whale watch House) is over 7000 sq ft under roof of architectural masterpiece on the beach in beautiful Puako. Several lanais to lounge around on when you're not at the beach. Kayaking and snorkeling only steps away in pristine clear coral reefs where Humpback whales come to breed.
This home offers 2 master suites, 2 guest bedrooms with their own baths, a media room with a bath, an open living, dining and gourmet kitchen area with cathedral ceilings that opens to a huge covered lanai adjacent to the 46' 360 degree infinity pool. Each bedroom, the living and media room, each have a large flat screen TV complete with an advanced audio system that can accept individual IPOD music selections. (Bring your IPOD!) Great care was taken with the landscape, creating a beautiful palm tree oasis on the ocean side. This gorgeously designed home is topped off with a 3rd story 'whale watch' retreat that offers 360 degree view.
The swimming pool has direct access from the first floor. For children are not water safe it is recommended that they wear a life vest when in the vicinity of the pool.

About Ronald Jenny
Jane is an artist and a designer and Ron is a contractor. They both have teamed up over the last forty years to build homes with balance and flow that they and visitors can enjoy. It is like creating a feeling that is appealing to the senses. Over the years with Jane’s visions and Ron’s construction ability and help from various architects, several of their homes have been awarded; have been in charity events for architectural walks and in publications.

Why Ronald Jenny chose Puako
When we found Puako we felt we were home. It reminded us of old Hawaii, a sleepy little street running along the Beautiful Kahoka Coast. It was not our intent while building to use it as a vacation rental. It just happened and we have been very fortunate to share this paradise with others.
What makes this House unique
No need to make arrangements and rent kayaks, stand up boards, swimming gear, beach chairs and other nominally not supplied amenities. Hale Nana Kohola Will save you hundreds of dollars in rental expenses and inconvenience supplying all necessary equipment. There are also many amenities in the house such as bicycle cruisers and of course high-speed Wi-Fi. There are many options of free movies and the sound system due out to play your favorite music. The swimming pool is a heated saltwater pool which normally does not irritate your eyes such as chlorinated pools. There is also a workout equipment on the upper floor to be able to watch the ocean and get some exercise.

The house is spectacular. Ron has thought of everything. Fantastic location on a charming little road a couple of miles and sandwiched between two large resort type areas. We had 2 families with 5 kids total and everyone loved everything about the place. Pool area is gorgeous. Beach is a blast. Beds are super nice. Kitchen is huge. I'm not sure what more to say other than book this house and you will be a very happy person. Thanks Ron! We will be back!
Beautiful house - Great location
This is a very impressive house. The owner Ron and agent Jodie are very helpful. The house is well equipped with spacious living accommodation, beautiful views of the ocean and a salt water infinity pool. It is close to several large resorts with great restaurants and shops. There were 10 of us in our family and we all had a great time.
Th house was all we remembered and we had a great time. Every need was met.

The large family kitchen, dining room was our favored spot. Overlooking the patio, lawn , beach and the Pacific. The sunsets and rainbows were magical. Every amenity possible was provided. The little General Store two houses down had everything we needed!
Honestly there was nothing negative about the house or experience. We loved it!
