Suitability

• wheelchair accessibleNavigating a wheel chair will work but would be a bit tricky. Access to the house would be through the back entrance. Since everything is on the first floor moving inside the house would be ok. The bedroom, bathroom and den are small; a consideration for negotiating a wheelchair but I think that it's overall doable.

• The energy of the springs makes the area super special. There is also a nearby park with (Mountain) bike trails. Ormond and Daytona Beaches, Orlando attractions, Deland & Winter Park culture, Cassadaga Spiritualist camp and various state parks and springs make Grace Cottage the perfect hub.
