This large home on *Isle of Palms offers fantastic views of beautiful Hamlin Creek, a private swimming pool with sun deck, and easy beach access. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach, this property provides very direct beach access. After returning from the beach, the kids can continue having fun in the private swimming pool while you keep an eye on them from the sun deck or the second floor sun room. Fun plus convenience will equal relaxation for you!

With five bedrooms (four Queen beds and two Twin beds), one futon on each floor(=2 full size), three full bathrooms, two full kitchens, sun room and two large screened porches, this home can easily accommodate 12 guests.

Great home, great location

Bill was friendly and helpful. He promptly responded to all my inquiries. He also called about a week before our stay to provide additional information and make sure we were all set. It was very convenient that the house was equipped with bath towels, beach towels, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwashing suds. Of course BOTH kitchens had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Nice to have a kitchen and full bathrooms (2 in the ground floor!) on each level of the home. Plenty of hot water for showers n baths for the kiddies. It was like having 2 separate and distinct units, each with plenty of common area for taking meals, relaxing and watching the big screen TVs. Each level also had screened in porches with sitting areas out front. On top of all that, out back, there is a crystal clear pool w big wooden deck and 5 lounge chairs. As well as a patio with bbq, table and chairs. Lots of windows for breeze n light. Can't say enough about this great property. It was perfect for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Bill.

In need of updating and repairs.

The large oven, upstairs, had burnt on food in it. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it. The shower curtain liners are moldy. The outside doors were drafty, one door downstairs, leading to the BBQ, doesn't lock. The water pressure downstairs was very low. The price was right, so there's that.

Owner's Response: I personally try to greet the first person checking in for each group with a tour and answering any questions or concerns. I leave by making sure the guest knows that if any issue arises during their stay that they can contact me via voice, voicemail, text or email and the issue will be addressed promptly (I live less than 30 minutes away). Guest feedback is important to insure that we are made aware of any comfort or safety issues and they can be solved for present and future guests. Though I appreciate the feedback I would have liked to have had the opportunity to correct any issues early in the guests' stay and not 15 days after they have checked out and in a review. I hope all future and potential guests know that every effort is made to make sure the house is clean and everything is in working order and that timely communication is the key to an enjoyable stay.

Relaxing vacation home

Modest home in a very nice area of Palm Isle. 2block walk to beach. Home clean, basics provided. Owner very attentive and helped us to find restaurants, stores and even sent us a coupon! Highly recommend. We had large family Christmas- enough room for everyone. Not a home for your vacation if you cannot do stairs.

Had a screened in porch- loved spending time out there- with light breeze. Large enough for table and chairs. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our family

The house had plenty so space for four grand children and 6 adults. Everything worked out well. The owner gave me an excellent tour of the property and was very willing for me contact him about anything during our stay.

We enjoyed this Isle of Palms house very much! Perfect for a family gathering at Thanksgiving. Great location, easy walk to the beach, and a comfortable home for visiting and having fun. We would go here again -- great experience, great memories!
