Nice area

  • 3 of 5

Overall it was a nice cozy place, the negatives would be the master bedroom bed was a bit hard, there were also some dirty dishes put away, so house cleaning could have been a better. The hot tub was a nice touch, although best for only 2 people.

This is a perfect property for those folks who are looking to get away from the strip and just enjoy the sites and sounds of Moab.

Three of us stayed in this condo. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was a nice addition and we used it even though it was 100 degrees outside.

Nice town home. Didn't smell like dogs for being pet friendly unit. Minor negative issues. Mattresses and pillows need upgrade. Hot tub doesn't heat very high and cover has weird rocker lift which only allows one person to sit in it. But all in all it was perfect for our stay

Expected more for the price

  • 2 of 5

We stayed for 2 nights. The condo was overall clean except the kitchen ceiling was covered in dust and cobwebs. Master bed was unbelievably hard- worst bed we have ever slept in. Only one air mattress could be found (should have been 2), but no way to inflate it. Closets were disorganized. Couch very uncomfortable- sinks in. Hot tub on patio was great but wouldn't maintain temperature. Kitchen well stocked. This property was ridiculously priced for the accommodations. Was in a quiet area just out of town. Would not come back unless the bed was changed out. After 2 days of hiking- would have liked a place to get a restful night's sleep- instead didn't sleep well and woke up with back pain.

Lovely getaway....close to National Parks

  • 5 of 5

This is a very nice condo in a small to medium sized complex. Each unit has a detached feel. It is NOT like an apartment type condo. There was not one single thing that we needed that we couldn't find right at our fingertips. It is clean and quiet and has a nice hot tub. The bed was big and comfortable. The complex was nearly full but was never noisy. We are two retired people, but you could have kids in this complex too. I think there is a pool, but we didn't avail ourselves. The thing we thought we wouldn't like, but it turned out we did, was that it is about 4 or 5 miles out of the Moab downtown area. The downtown area, while fun to visit for GREAT restaurants and one-of-a-kind boutiques and shops, is the main thoroughfare for semi trucks and people in NOISY ATVs. While it was fun to visit the town, the noise factor was at times daunting. There are a lot of hotels closer to the downtown and to the parks, but it was nice to get a few miles out of town and enjoy some peace and quiet and stars. We thought the extra four or five miles out of town would make us feel like we were missing some fun, but after an exhausting day in the parks, we were fine to go home and eat and relax in the hot tub. There are decent grocery stores in town (Kroger and others) and great restaurants. all in all, this was a great visit, and the condo and the getting in and out of it and the paperwork was all easy breezy.
