Your next ski in/ski out vacation could be in this lovely two bedroom (Sleeps 8) two bath Zephyr Mountain Slopeside building Condo, with KING size bed and bunk beds which are X-LONG TWIN over QUEEN with TWIN TRUNDLE, Lazy Boy QUEEN PULL OUT COUCH (very comfy -memory foam mattress) also 2 new lazy boy chairs in the family room, new granite, sink, faucet in kitchen and expansive views of the mountains from our private balcony. Overlooking the village the Unit is on the QUIET SIDE of the complex away from the early morning noise of the groomers/machinery & not near the hot tubs that can get noisy late at night, we are not near the elevators (can be noisy). This unit has a small outdoor GAS GRILL, X-Box/games & 2 sets of adult SNOWSHOES, books, toys, movies & games. Private, locked ski storage with condo rental. The owners also have a 1 bedroom condo directly below this condo that is available to rent.
Walk to restaurants, shops, tubing hill, massage, liquor store, starbucks & more.
Winter Park Resort has 2762 acres of skiable terrain, 134 trails and 30 feet of snowfall annually. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge is the only Ski-In-Ski-Out property at Winter Park.
Winter activities include skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sled rides and more.
Although it offers some of the best champagne powder and world class skiing it is more than a winter destination. Winter Park offers the ultimate Colorado vacation experience 365 days a year. Summer activities include mountain biking in Mountain Bike Capital USA, hiking, Colorado's longest alpine slide,white water rafting,fishing scenic chairlift rides and music and art festivals.

The apartment was very good. We had a great stay! The hot tub outside was amazing.
Love this condo!
We stay in this condo every year. It's perfect for families with younger kids. Our kids (three 10-and-under) love staying here. There are books, games, and toys that they really enjoy. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need and guests usually leave behind helpful things in the cupboard - oil, spices, etc.
There isn't a proper dining table. There are several stools at the bar and some shorter stools that can be pulled up to the small coffee table. It wouldn't be great for a child too young to sit on their own and eat, but it was fine for us (we did use the vacuum cleaner a couple of times to clean up after messy eaters).
The owners are great. Maureen is sometimes hard to reach, but she returns messages quickly. They are very accommodating and easy to work with.
We are already looking forward to coming back next year.

Perfect Family Vacation
I absolutely LOVED our stay here. For us, a family of 4 with 2 small children, it was the perfect place. Space AND location wise. Conveniently located in the Winter Park village, where Starbucks, lifts, shops and restaurants are a few footsteps away! It’s the perfect floor plan with plenty of sleeping accommodations. The condo was more than fully stocked! (Shampoo, bar soap, towels, sled and basic groceries included ! ) The owner was very detailed for the booking info, which I love ! They answered all my questions almost instantly and accommodated last minute request caused by my small children. I love how much detail and love the owner has put into this property, we felt at home. The fireplace was nice to come back to at the end of the day, the balcony offers amazing views, and the small grill was a plus! The village offers free shuttles to the neighboring town, and visitor “hosts” that will guide you, if in need. I will definitely be booking this condo again next year! PS- I love how this property doesn’t have a “3 night minimum stay” as most properties do.
exactly what we expected
great location! FYI-parking cost is not included and there is only 1 space available for this condo. It was a nice comfortable stay and easy to just walk to the lift.

As I explain in the description and in my response to your inquiry and in the rental agreement - parking is not included with any condo at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge & all condos only have 1 parking space (regardless of how many bedrooms). The Zephyr charges currently $14 a day for parking.
Our condo is NOT right next to the noisy elevators.
