About the property

House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft + Den, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10, more with cots)

Beautiful lake home on scenic Six and Twenty Creek section of gorgeous Lake Hartwell. You won't believe that you're only two minutes from a multitude of restaurants (Longhorn, Applebee's, Chili's, Cracker Barrel, etc...) and shopping, but you're home on a quiet peninsula with a beautiful view of the lake. Watch for the deer, ducks, beaver, fox and raccoons from the comfort of a spacious glass porch.

The home is a quick 15 minutes from the Clemson campus- perfect for those game get togethers!

The outdoor fireplace and TV are perfect for football season. Watch all the games outdoors in front of a roaring fire! We just installed some additional heaters out back to warm the winter evenings.

Relax and enjoy the solitude. Read a book, ride a jet ski, or anything in between. The choice is yours. After a day of activity, choose one of the many popular restaurants nearby, or range out to nearby Greenville, Clemson, or Seneca for an even wider variety. Regardless of which activities or dining choices you enjoy, you'll probably find it here.

My family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this fabulous home during the holiday week. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of Lake Hartwell. The owner was wonderful to work with and the home offered everything you could ask for.

Wonderful Place to Stay with Family

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed Tracey's place. She was a great host and the property itself is beautiful. It was even bigger and nicer than we had expected from the pictures and the view to the lake was gorgeous. Thank you Tracey for letting us stay at your beautiful property. It made our Christmas stay extra special :)

Perfect Thanksgiving Home Away

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and it was phenomenal. Preparing our Thanksgiving meal was very convenient with plenty of cookware. It has a very spacious floorplan and private when needed to be. The men fished and were pretty lucky, catch and release, very relaxing. The landscape is beautiful and we took pictures with nice sceneries. The lake view from the sunroom early in the morning is awesome. The outside fireplace is cozy and romantic. I cant say enough about this home. Its convenient to shopping and restaurants. I have no complaints. If you are looking for a beautiful well kept home with a warm and comfortable atmosphere, this is it. You dont feel like a guest, you feel at home. The owners made us feel welcome and told us to enjoy our stay. I love it and hope to return again when the weather is warmer.

Had a great time at this beautiful Lake House in Anderson SC.

  • 5 of 5

Lots of space for a group of ten to spend time together watching some great college football on the back patio while enjoying a fire. The yard has plenty of space for corn hole, spike ball or other outdoor activities. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Spent every morning in the rocking chair with coffee, a good book and a view of the lake.

Wedding Weekend

  • 4 of 5

The house was great. It provided us a chance to get all the family together while celebrating an expansion of our family. We really enjoyed the different areas of the house that we could spread out to and the views of the lake. Everything we needed was there for us.

About Tracey

We both grew up in the Atlanta area, but wanted to find a place nearby where we could go to relax. In 2006, we found it. Having visited most areas of the Lake several times, we were concerned about some of the 'drive to the store' trips that we'd have to make in some areas. This house is so conveniently located, yet in a very quiet place on the lake. You really can't believe it until you see it. Our family loves getting together here.

Tracey purchased this house in 2006

Why Tracey chose Northlake

We love the convenience of this lakeside home. It's so near everything...restaurants, shops, entertainment. There's so much to do at the Lake and around Anderson!

It's also a fantastic 'base camp' for those a bit more adventurous. The mountain regions of South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia are all close, each offering their own flavor of landscape and local color. Asheville and Biltmore house are a great day trip. The wild Chattooga River is within an hour for rafters and kayakers. Your options are endless!

What makes this house unique

We're renovating the home. Just completed last year is a new outdoor cooktop and bar and landscaping. This year we added a fountain (warm weather use only). There's a great place to retreat from the sun behind the beautiful stone and brick columns. The view is fabulous in any season!

The home also has a private covered dock for boating, swimming, or if you'd just like to dip your toes in the water..

There are several waterside restaurants accessible to the boater. Just unlash your boat from the dock on the property and scout out the restaurant of your choice! If you choose to explore by land, try old Anderson, just down Clemson Boulevard 4 miles...there you'll find quaint shops and restaurants, even a cigar bar for those of that liking.
