This amazing estate has evolved thanks to all our special guests and friends of the River Rock Guest House. Known by locals as "The Hawaiian Punch House", the inventor of the pink drink custom built the ranch house in 1953, where once upon a time local Indian tribes lived. Now all can enjoy part of history; we ve transformed the guest quarters, 2.5 acres of lawn/tree s, waterfall ponds, two private river frontages - all within a 10 minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance.
The River Rock Guest House is self contained with its own private entrance, a large 2 car undercover carport, and ~ 900 sq. feet of living space. Including a modern stainless steel fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a master king suite with living room, kitchen/dining facility and adjacent queen bedroom. The guesthouse has three flat screen TV's, aircon/heating throughout with modern ceiling fans. Outdoors there is access to the entire river front property, with many places to hang out, relax and just enjoy the sound of the river, pond waterfalls and nature.
Guests love their privately owned beaches with all river access pertaining to this property. Guests have access to gardens and grassed area, where you can enjoy our complimentary outdoor games, river rafts, kids beach toys, and a cupboard of board games. Challenge the kids to open area basket ball, soccer or have family croquette/bocce competitions on our well maintained lawns.
