You can't get any closer to the beach than The Breakers! This condo is TRUE OCEANFRONT, offering a view of natural dunes, beach and ocean. Most OTHER units at The Breakers sit in the 'U' of the "horseshoe"... putting THEM farther from the beach, with a pool area view and NO privacy.
The building complex sits elevated (open underneath), so we have a '2nd-Floor' view with ONLY 1 SET of STAIRS to climb...EASY access in/out. Open and covered parking is available.
Relax on our balcony with the ocean breeze...you may see DOLPHINS as they often swim near shore! A short 1-minute walk to the swimming pool and a private (Breakers only) boardwalk for QUICK & EASY beach access, plus an outdoor shower/rinse station!
This 1-bedroom unit is ideal for 2-people (Maximum allowed). Decorated in 'casual beach' style, we offer a nicely equipped kitchen and full bathroom..."starter" necessities (soap & paper products) provided. The bedroom has a Queen bed, set-up with FRESH linens AND bath towels for arrival. It has a bedside reading light, ceiling fan/light, and a 22-inch mounted TV. The living area has a sofa, ceiling fan, 32-inch TV with cable and Blu-ray Disc/DVD player. Also, a clothes Washer and Dryer are inside the condo.
You'll be at the most convenient BEACH location on HHI. Everything needed for a great vacation may be found within a short walk...you won't need a car with popular "Coligny" located across the street. The Coligny area has shops, restaurants, a grocery store, bakery, coffee shop and more!
Within a few minutes drive from The Breakers, you'll find charter boat tours (dolphin, fishing, etc.), guided nature walks, kayak river/marsh adventures, tennis and golf. Visit nearby Sea-Pines or the "Shelter Cove MALL" for choice dining and upscale shopping!
HHI is a designated "Bicycle Friendly" community...BICYCLING is VERY popular! Enjoy miles of paved bike paths, plus easy riding on the BEACH. Covered bike racks are conveniently located downstairs and beneath our Breakers unit.

We had a wonderful week. The location couldn't be better! This unit is very clean, well maintained and has everything you need. Alison and Batte are wonderful, we can't wait to return!
All I can say, is you can't go wrong by booking with Alison and Batte! They were easy to work with and easy to get in touch with. The condo is clean, the view is amazing, and the location is perfect. It's all we could've asked for (except for another week or two). We've already decided we'll be back and will be contacting Alison to stay in this exact unit. We had an awesome time and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to escape reality for a while.

We've gone to Hilton Head for many years on girls' trips and this location is absolutely PERFECT!! The condo has a great view of the sunrise from the balcony, is up just one floor so it's not difficult to carry your luggage up, has bike racks conveniently located right underneath it, SO close to Coligny (including Earle of Sandwich, our favorite lunch spot), very quiet, extremely clean and well equipped, simply awesome! Alison and Batte are very nice to work with and anxious to make your stay enjoyable.....we highly recommend this unit!!!
Just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our week on HHI in your unit. As always, it was immaculate and nicely furnished. The views from the deck are amazing and if there is a better location than the Breakers, I haven't found it. Thanks for the recommendations of things to do and places to go. We are already looking forward to returning.
I rented this room for a romantic getaway in July. Alison and Batte were easy to communicate with regarding arrangements and they were happy to answer any questions I had. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The unit has cute beachy décor, reliable appliances, and comfortable furniture. It was meticulously cleaned and new paper products were provided. We really enjoyed the quiet, private ocean view from the living room and the balcony. I loved seeing palms, palmettos, and even a crepe myrtle from our direct ocean view. The pool was out of view, thus not obstructing our ocean view, but was just right around the corner! We watched the sunrise each morning. It took only minutes to access the ocean and was easy to wash up before taking a dip in the pool. Pool was open until 11. We loved having the nearby walkway to the beach for convenient surf fishing in the early morning and late evening. A grocery store, liquor store, and convenient store were all within walking distance. Lastly, we enjoyed walking to dozens of nearby restaurants and nightlife. There was live music around every corner. Check out Java Joes in the morning, the Tiki hut for music and volleyball, happy hour prices at Flatbreads, Frosty Frog for awesome pizza and frozen drinks, the white dog at the hardware store, Big Bamboo, and don’t forget about Harbour Town! We took a water taxi to Daufuskie Island and enjoyed a serene day of golf cart riding and visiting local shops. I would certainly rent at the Breakers again.
This was are 2nd time we have stayed in this condo. We have been coming down with a group of friends for the past two years. Your condo is perfect for us. Very clean and up to date and has everything you would need. It's home away from home!!! The condo has a ocean view, easy walk to get to the beach, shops and restaurants close by. You really never have to take you car out to go anywhere unless you want to travel a little further for the close by outlet shopping mall or other restaurants. Walk the beach, swim, fish, collect shells. Restaurants nearby. Numerous bike paths and biking allowed on beach. Within walking distance find bike rentals, a children's splash fountain and 'goofy' golf.
