About The Owner

I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District.

During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.

Today, I still live in Savannah with my wife Radka, our son John, and our two dogs, Jake and Mini.

The property was in such an amazing location right on the broughton street! Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Savannah! The place was so awesome! Cool lightning, lots of space, veart comfy!

Really nice place fits 6 easily. Was nice to come back to a home. Weekends are lively near the city market, so expect some noise. Overalll a great place.

Great location, disappointing place

The location can't be beat. We had two couples for St Patty's weekend. There isn't any privacy, because the walls don't go to the ceiling - so you hear everything throughout all the bathrooms and bedrooms. The double bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. The place is run down. Broken doors on the media center. The tv remotes don't work. The toilets had problems when flushing. Half of the light bulbs were out. The living room only fits two comfortably, because the chairs are very uncomfortable. The windows are nailed/screwed shut, but you hear everything happening outside. For the price point and pictures, we expected better quality. We won't stay here again.

Girls Weekend

We had such a fun time in this beautiful property. My girlfriends and I enjoyed being together in one place instead of separate hotel rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The living room is spacious, so it was great for hanging out together while getting ready to go out. It was the perfect place for us. Awesome location as well!!

Great stay. Condo was very clean, accommodating and stocked extremely well with everything we needed. Kitchen was beautiful and we loved the foosball table. Perfect location. We walked everywhere. Highly Recommend!
