The apartment is situated in iconic Palais Miramar. The building address is 65 Boulevard de la Croisette.

Property is 100m square and features a living area and two bedrooms which are extremely comfortable and this is a fully equipped apartment owned by a professional Scottish family and used as a second home. A 'meeter and greeter' is available.

One bedroom has an ensuite and there is a second toilet with a full size bath and a shower.

The seprate kitchen has all amenities., including hob, microwave, fridge, small freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and toaster. All pots and pans etc

Hairdryer and iron and ironing board are within the apartment

Situated on the third floor of the renowned Palais de Miramar building which itself is on the world famous La Croisette Boulevard.Accessible by 2 elevators or by communal stairwell.

Fully refurbished recently,with all internal amenities including flat screen tv with satellite, hi-fi, dvd in living room, wi-f- broadband. Fully air conditioned .

New suite in living room and and new bedroom furniture

One en suite shower with w.c. Full size bath and shower in seperate toilet.

All rooms have electric shutters and a small balcony (4 in total )

'Meeter and Greeter' will arrange to hand over the apartment personally and can also arrange extra cleaning and provisions etc for your arrival. She is an Irish lady living in Cannes.

The Miramar is between the Carlton and Martinez hotels. The beaches are directly opposite. The building has 2 lifts and a concierge in a communal and vast entrance hall.

Many restaurants in the immediate vicinity and designer shopping within 2 or 3 minutes walk.

.Upmarket shops have been built at ground level and the exterior and interior common areas of the building have been completely renovated

Public and private beaches are literally across the road. Many restaurants, bars within 1 or 2 mins walk.

4 single high quality beds , measuring 90 x 200 cms.

Apartment fully re painted in 2016 and is the owners second home and amenities reflect this.

The apartment is not designed as a commercial business let.

Amazing apartment in a unique location

Thank you very much to David and Valerie for rent us this amazing property, located in front of the Boulevard the La Croissette in front of the beach, surrounded of nice restaurants and Stores. Clean apartment with nice Air Conditioning systems, very luxury and comfortable.

Great apartment!

I stayed here during the Cannes Lions for a week and couldn't be happier! The location is perfect and the apartment itself is beautiful and just as pictured. Great to have individual AC control in every room , rare find in Cannes in my experience. Looking forward to staying here again!

This apartment is as good as it gets for a visit to Cannes. Tons of room, perfectly decorated, on the beach, close to parking. The apartment is secure and the appliances were all top notch. The location is great for a summer beach getaway, a southern France tour or if you just want to relax, take in the sun and eat at some of the great restaurants in Cannes.

The owner is very accommodating and easy to work with. Payment was smooth and we loved the greeter, Anne. She is a delight.

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured, was very clean, and is in the perfect location for visiting Cannes and surroundings.

The person who met us was lovely and very acommodating.

Our family of 4 (two girls 16+14) stayed 5 days and did not want to leave. The apartment exceeded our expectations, very spacious with a great location; with the bedrooms at the back, its quiet at night. The kitchen has everything and the place is spotless. We will return again, David. Anne, thanks alot you were a great help. See you next year.
