Year Purchased: 2007

About the owner: I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District. During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.
