There are very few villas built immediately next to the beach around the Bay of Kotor, especially being within 3 km of the old walled town. This is one of those. It is built on three floors, each with its own kitchen unit and bathroom. It is made up of the Beach House Dual Apartment' occupying the upper two floors for up to eight guests, and the 'Beach House Studio' on the lower floor for two guests. Each can be booked separately, or together to comprise the whole 'Beach House Villa' which provides a total of five bedrooms and a party of up to ten people. The property boasts its own enclosed garden shared with other guests, with trees, flowers and a raised decking area for sun bathing. This is an ideal place for alfresco dining or outdoor relaxation. There is a garden gate leading directly on to a small beach with magnificent views. At night, the arched lights of Kotor can be seen illuminating the old city walls. Each floor provides direct access to the garden. There is a common lounge-dining room for the Dual Apartment. The gently sloping shingle beach is very safe for families with young children.
For those who love the sea, the Beach House is the ultimate location, with the waters being just 1 km wide at this spot giving unrivaled views of passing cruise ships and pleasure boats, and just beyond, the majestic mountains rise high above.
There is private parking within the grounds for two cars with additional public roadside parking. A bus service passes every 30 minutes between Kotor and Tivat. Within a two minute walk are restaurants and within 3 km, numerous other fine places to wine and dine.
For those who love to explore, there are wealth of exciting places to see, with the Beach House as a perfect base. The ancient walled city of Kotor boasts within its walls, wonderful architecture, historic buildings, and narrow passageways with bars, restaurants and shops. The vibrant town of Tivat with its up-market new marina for superyachts and its dramatic waterfront is a ten minute drive away. Around the bay is the fabulous Venetian town of Perast, beloved of the rich and famous and a short boat ride away from its waterfront, an unforgettable man-made island, a place of legends.
For those who love nature, there are four national parks offering a huge variety of scenery each famous for its lakes, forests and mountains. All can be visited during your stay. The mountain behind the property is easily accessible to walkers.
