This is a light and bright home, with numerous windows inviting the sun and views. There is a direct ocean view from every room! The main floor opens to a screened-in porch and patio deck…perfect spots to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice. A warm water outdoor shower with towel rack for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. Lounge on the back deck and watch the sunsets or play a game of ring and hook while sipping on cocktails.

This second row ocean view home is located on a corner lot, across the street from empty lots (owners own) on a quiet cul-de-sac. The site across the street from this house is unbuilt, so you have a great views of the ocean. Ideally situated, Southern Sunshine Beach House is just 16 feet from the beach with private lot access. Beach and Racquet Club (BRC) pool typically opens April 1st, closes November 1st.

Ideal for a small family or group of friends, the combined living/dining area, with a dining table seating 6, flows directly into a fully equipped and updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops, a pantry, ample lighting and bar seating. The dining room opens onto the screened porch--which has an ocean view and can also be accessed from the front porch. In the living area is a 50” Smart TV with cable & DVD, and the owners have provided a collection of movies for the entertainment of their guests. Enjoy some Netflix and chill or get out one of the board games for your family to enjoy. This home offers a high speed wireless Internet connection for your convenience.
The spacious first floor master opens directly onto the downstairs area and has its own private full bath. There is a second full bath upstairs, between the two bedrooms and accessed through the hallway. Both bathrooms have full tub/shower combinations. The two upstairs bedrooms has 2 twin beds and cable TV. Both upstair bedrooms have amazing direct ocean, lagoon, and marsh views.

Enjoy the breeze and breathtaking view of the ocean from the screened in porch. There is a full sized washing machine and dryer on the main floor. The owner provides 2 adult beach chairs, beach toys/buckets, boogie/skim board, and a small wheeled beach cart for transporting things to the beach.
For your safety and ours, there is a security camera that automatically record video of the exterior of the property; it is pointed towards the front entry point. The camera DOES NOT point toward any interior spaces. Please do not tamper with the cameras.

No pets and no smoking, please.

The Harbor Island pool is open from April 1 - November 1.

Reservations are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

Renters must be over 25 years of age to reserve our property.

Harbor Island Owners Association require a gate pass to gain access to the private island. GATE PASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Vehicle gate pass fees are per vehicle, set by the Island and are subject to change. Please contact our team after you book the property to purchase a pass. The current rates are; for a day pass $25.00; 2 nights $35.00; 3 nights $45.00; 4 nights $55.00; 5 nights $65.00; 6 nights $75.00; 7 nights $85.00; 8-30 nights $140.00; 31-364 nights $215.00
