Welcome to Hampton Roads!
Whether you are here for a short visit or looking to move to the area, we have the perfect home for your stay.
Our 1624 square foot single story ranch home is fully furnished. There are two living areas which gives everyone space for enjoying each other or for getting away from the crowd. Each living spaces has a couch and two chairs.
The kitchen was remodeled in 2010 with all stainless appliances, new cabinets and of course granite counter tops. The kitchen is outfitted for basic cooking needs with dinnerware for serving eight.
The dining room has a cool round farmhouse style table which easily seats four but can be expanded with the leaf (just inside the garage door) to seat up to eight.
The master bedroom has a comfortable pillow top queen bed, a five drawer chest style dresser, and a comfy chair with ottoman. There is also a large walk-in closet which contains the iron and ironing board. The master bath is currently undergoing renovation.
The middle bedroom has a twin bed, five drawer chest dresser and two shelf closetmaid closet.
The front bedroom has a queen bed, bookcase and two shelf closetmaid closet.
The laundry is in the rear of the garage. The washer is top loading agitator free.
The rear yard is fully fenced so the kids can play without worry. Pets are also considered, on a case by case basis, with additional cleaning fee and pet deposit/insurance.
