We will grocery shop before your arrival, pick up discounted lift tickets and allow you to send your ski/boards ahead of time. Ask others if they have air conditioning before booking in the summer. It gets hot! Crestview Condo completed in 2002 - boasts peaceful surroundings, scenic views of the High Ute Ranch, and modern amenities. This spacious corner unit sleeps 8 people in beds. The condo has 2 bedrooms, plus loft and 3 full bathrooms. It's located on the third (top) floor of an elevator building. Enjoy the serenity of your surroundings without the noise of neighbors.

The condo features a large, private deck with a Premium Weber gas grill. The condo includes an assigned parking space in a heated garage, with a private storage closet. You're minutes from Canyons (3 mins), Park City Mountain Resort (7 mins), and Deer Valley (10 mins.) Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, and Brighton are all less than an hour minutes away. Dining, shopping and nightlife are right down the street.

The following are some of the unique amenities this condo features: 50 DVD library, Xbox w/35 games, adult and child snowshoes, 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, whole house humidifier, central air conditioner, slate tile flooring, fully equipped modern kitchen with granite countertops, Callaway golf clubs, mountain bikes, computer, laser printer, wireless internet access, baby crib and high chair. Every detail was considered to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

After doing a lot of research, we purchased our first condo in Crestview in 2007, we have so many great repeat customers that we decided to purchase another one in 2013. We are a family of 3 that splits our time in Park City and Bethesda, MD so we can be close to our daughter's grandparents. We take pride in providing a clean comfortable condo at a reasonable price.

Why Stuart Miller chose Utah

We fell in love with Park City from the first time we came to visit in 2000. The proximity to the airport, inspiring mountains, relaxed lifestyle, abundant activities, summer weather, and vacation atmosphere made this the place for us. Oh yeah, and the snow! Crestview is a short ride to Canyons, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley without having to pay a premium to be close to one mountain. We love having the heated garage so there is no shoveling snow in the morning.

What makes this condo unique

We live here for most of the summer so it's stocked with everything you would want for a relaxing stay. We love entertaining and having our friends visit. The condo sleeps 8 people comfortably in beds (3 Queens and 2 Twin Beds.) We are also the only model in the building that has 3 full bathrooms. This condo is also equipped with a full size washer and dryer.

Comfortable condo

Clean roomy condo with all the extras you would want for a comfortable ski getaway. Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley all within a 20 minute drive. Attractive outlet shopping (Adidas, Nike, Coach, Gap, ect.) area within walking distance. Easy access, garage parking, great view, nearby family dining. Recommended.

A place truly is a home away from home

The condo looked nicer than the photos presented. I loved the fact that kitchen was stocked with lots of spices and basic staple to make you feel at home. We bought our own coffee but I also saw two different brands of coffee available. A variety of sugar and salt. Owner also offered two deep discount of ski tickets which was an additional money and time savings to us. Only wished that more tickets were available .... the BBQ on the balcony worked great and it was a sturdy Webster. Kitchen Trash can was large and makes the clean up a bit easier. Dishwasher with provided capsules also made it easy to clean the dishes. So many large size plates, mugs, glasses were stocked in the cupboard and you never have to worry about running out of them. We ended up cooking dinner most of the nights because it was the most memorable time spending together as a family to bond, to laugh, and to talk. The nicely appointed kitchen made it easy for us to do so. We had steaks and hamburgers several nights. We also enjoyed peaceful night sitting on the spacious sectional couch reading together next to the fireplace, looking out the snow crowning the mountain tops.

One day, we used the condo's five pairs of snowshoes and saucers to play in an open field.

All the extra amentities made this place cut above the rest and I really appreciate that.

If I must suggest one improvement, I wish the mattresses could be more firm. Then again, if it were perfect, I would not ever want to leave the condo :-)

Visit like a local !!

Stay where there is inside parking,elevator,HOME with a view,lots of room,[enough for a family reunion of 10+],fully stocked with all needed to live ,much less stay,position the location of the place within walking distance to shopping,close to hiking and biking,and a short easy drive to everything Park City has,we still understate how Great this place is !!

Wonderful Experience!

This was our second monthly vacation in the Park City area and it was, indeed a wonderful experience! This condo is fully equipped for a short or a longer stay. The furnishings and upscale amenities make it very comfortable. The owner made certain that we had everything that we needed and that the unit was clean and ready. The loft area provides a large area for extra guests as well as the two bedrooms on the first floor. This is an excellent location for any activities and close access to services. We are signing up for next year and would not hesitate to recommend this condo!

Highly recommended - Very Spacious

WONDERFUL Rental! Highly recommended. Central Air-conditioning. Immaculate furnishings. Right next to bike/walking trail. 3rd floor view beautiful mountain views. Gas fireplace. The owners included everything to make our stay enjoyable… Great location very close to shopping. The owner was very nice and wanted to accommodate us in every way. Clean, comfortable, very close to old town Park City. . Very quiet. Nice beds. Very spacious with loft included! Hospitabile owners. Upon arrival, there was food in the cupboards and everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen. Amenities include: heated pool & hot tub, indoor gym, & garage parking. So much to do in Park City and a wonderful place to stay – right in the heart of it all!

Excellent choice

A great place to stay. Our mountain bike trip was a success and the condo was a reason. Well furnished ( new and large washer & dryer), very spacious and clean. The owners gave a fantastic service. The condo was closed to mtb trails.
