An Asian theme inspired the original owners of this home in the 1960’s. It was refurbished in the late 90’s with every detail considered and a Japanese motif. It is an A-frame home with a serene Japanese garden that leads to the front door, and very large redwood, multi-level, back deck with a built in hot tub overlooking the ocean and the full acre of trails and Japanese style gardens in the back on the oceanside. We continue to maintain the upscale home and property so that we go beyond your expectations...

The living area has a separate queen sized day bed with curtains and a half bath. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, bar and mud room.
There are two lovely master bedrooms and a large, open living space. The upstairs master bedroom is a loft, (with doors that can visually shut off the loft space) and is open to the living room. At night from the king size bed one can see the moon setting over the water and the lights of fishing boats through the trees beyond the 32’ high window. There is a full bathroom with a shower and large tub as well as a small TV in that upstairs loft. The downstairs bedroom can be closed off to the living room and has a large chair and a small TV, king size bed and a spacious closet. This room opens onto the deck as well does its shower. The 6 person hot tub is directly outside of the shower door.
The expansive, custom redwood deck has a nice grill and 6 person table, a fire pit with comfortable seating, views of the gardens and the grand Pacific ocean. A beautiful, stone staircase leads to large lawns and gardens with many varieties of flora and fauna. These areas are surrounded by trees, birds and deer. There is a friendly neighborhood fox as well as other wildlife in this yard.

Please note: We understand that Trinidad is a popular wedding location, however please do not book this house for any wedding celebration purpose. Even while observing the vehicle limit, we’ve still had problems with guests chauffeuring wedding party members back and forth to the beach from this house, which causes too much noise and extra traffic on the very small, quiet road. This home is to be used strictly as a single family residence normally would be. Additionally, the non-smoking status of the house must also be observed on all the property.
All Trinidad homes have exterior cameras and/or is monitored by routine street drive-bys beginning at 9PM.
