Villa Leone's Fully equipped gourmet kitchen has all that you need to whip up your favorite drinks, snacks and meals. We are the only Villa in the area with purified water piped right to the kitchen sink! Our new sculpture garden is the only one on the Cabarete beach! We have full size beautiful classic Greek/Roman figures. WHEN DECIDING ON WHICH VILLA TO RENT, IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE VILLA HAS A DIESEL GENERATOR BACK UP POWER AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH. THIS VILLA DOES. IT IS A SIGNIFICANT EXPENSE TO INSTALL A 20 KW DIESEL GENERATOR AND MAINTAIN IT IN GOOD OPERATING CONDITION, SO, MANY VILLAS RELY ONLY UPON BATTERIES AND INVERTERS. THE PROBLEM WITH THIS IS THAT THE BATTERIES DISCHARGE AFTER AN HOUR OR SO AND YOU ARE LEFT WITHOUT LIGHTS OR AIR CONDITIONING. IT IS VERY COMMON TO HAVE POWER OUTAGES IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY!

It is truly a 2nd home. I also have owned Villa Flamingo, next door since 2011 and Villa Belvedere, behind Villa Flamingo since 2014.
