We needed a retreat from the cold weather in Utah, and Idaho. Our family, friends, and client friends utilize the home. We believe San Diego is the most amazing place in the United States. We are so grateful to have such a fun great place to visit.
I had the opportunity of living in San Diego for two full years when I was nineteen, we enjoy staying in touch with all of our friends in San Diego.
We enjoy the nightlife, food, and entertainment of San Diego. We have season tickets to the Padres, and the Old Globe. Ask about tickets if your stay is during a Padre game or a old globe performance.
The family really enjoys the bay and water sports.

We looked and looked during the huge housing shortage downtown between 2005 and 2006. We purchased in Aria then canceled that contract because this amazing unit on the 16th floor became available. We wanted to be within walking distance of shopping, water, sea port and the convention center. We really enjoy the summer pops concert series. This location is the best in downtown. We have 30 movie theaters within 5 minutes of the unit. We have seven favorite places to dine and we can walk to all of them. We especially enjoy the happy hour food menus.
VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS, LOCATION (3times)We are clean freaks. Alta is immaculate and we keep our unit the sameway. We work out daily as a family and the facility is a top notch one, always clean, clean. The pool tempature is perfect. We also love our views with the huge balcony. Every morning and all day long we can enjoy the covered balcony, we purposely selected this unit because of the direction it faces--you can always be on the balcony all of the time. We love baseball with fireworks--we can watch the game and with the flat screen get in to the action close up on the balcony.
We escaped the fall cold weather for San Diego. This location was exceptional. The owner took allot of time screening us which was annoying yet when we arrived it was understandable. Everything was like new appliances floors bedding. The views are unobstructed -- we spent lots of time the patio is covered and huge for a high rise condo.
My husband actually came a cross this property on YouTube. The view was spectacular and peaceful! All the furnishing inside was up to date and in amazing condition. We would recommend this property to anyone.
To Whom it May Concern. We used this location VRBO 148682 for a business trip convention then my family joined me for a weekend. The experience was fantastic. The owner was extremely accommodating after we lost the key fob and key to the unit. The furniture inside and out was clean, updated, and well kept. We watched some games on the huge flat screen. The pool and spa were private and very quiet. We never cooked as the choices for restaurants tempted our senses.
My wife and I looked at this property on utube and could not believe it -- we booked and it overwhelmed us. The view is spectacular--we could use the patio around the clock it was huge and faces south so the sun did not ruin the patio experience. The furniture is new and immaculately clean (my wife has walked out of previous VRBO's because of uncleanliness of everything being warn out). The beds are perfect and the best we've slept in -- we are going home and purchasing Tempurpedic beds. We are a couple and we really wanted to walk to sites -- this was a perfect location took in several padre games and walked to the pops concert near the Marriott. This is like a penthouse suite that you would pay 500 a night for in any hotel. We are booking yearly here!
