What a find!

  • 5 of 5

We had the pleasure of staying in Jerry's beautiful condo for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. It is HUGE and beautiful. Wonderful location right on the beautiful, endless white sand beach. Great swimming, gentle enough for kids with just the right amount of waves for boogie boards and floaties. A wonderful quiet oasis compared to busy, overcrowded Sayulita.

The condo has comfy beds in huge King bedrooms. Plenty of privacy for families and couples. The whole condo is beautifully maintained and furnished. The kitchen is fantastic with gas stove and all the dishes and gadgets you could need. Good wifi and it was handy having the washer and dryer.

The veranda and pool area is lovely, though we did spend most of our time on the beautiful beach. Lots of stores nearby to pick up what you need for meals. Explore off the main strip for yummy and cheaper dinner options though there are lots of places to splurge too.

Jerry answers your questions quickly and the property manager Alejandra met us for a tour and to get us set up. She's friendly and speaks perfect English.

We loved our stay and can't wait to come back. Book it. You won't be disappointed!

My family and I were looking for a nice place to relax.Having been threw a very long and pianfull divorce. We visited the small town of Punta De Mita when we were staying in Bucerius. This trip we choose punta now we will likely not stay anywhere else. The pictures in the photos do not do this place justice. Step out from your sliding door and you are at infinity pool, few more steps your in the ocean. I have a children ages 16 to 24 and there was always plenty to do and see there. Walk a block down the beach and pick a fresh fish that they will grill for you while sitting beach side. We felt safe the entire time we were there never bothered to lock the doors.

Jerry you are a man of you word Thank you for a great holiday

Perfect!

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic location, great pool, literally 10 steps into the ocean! The living room and both bedrooms face the ocean, nice kitchen, happy hour-every hour perfect patio around the pool with the best chips and salsa that you can find at every little corner market. On our second trip to Punta Mita we found more great dishes at several restaurants, our favorites are Rosa Restaurante Mexicano for dinner (Cochinita Pibil), La Cabana for lunch (grilled shrimp tacos). Toscana Mia is authentic Italian in Bucerias, about 30 minutes by public bus if you don't have a car. Great especially if not a busy time with tourists!

Amazing vacation!

  • 5 of 5

This place is beyond what we expected. Felt much bigger than the pictures show and ideal for a family with kids. Our kids had instant access to the pool and beach being on the ground floor. Lots of room to lounge on the patio and in the common area. We enjoyed watching the pelicans fish in the ocean every morning.

The beach front restaurants, taxis and expedition companies are a 5-10 minute walk along the beach. If you want to take a bus into Bucerias or south it's a 10-15 minute walk to the Oxxo. There are many welcoming convenience stores within walking distance if you want to venture through the village for beer and snacks. The restaurant across the road is also good and convenient.

The other condo owners in this 12 unit complex were fantastic to get along with. Wi-fi worked great and we never used the TV. We have rented a lot of places throughout North America and this one was our favourite. Can't be beat for the cost. Thank you for sharing your home!

Fabulous Condo

  • 5 of 5

We have rented many 2 bedroom condo arround Mexico over the years but this was by far our favorite. It is spacious, safe, clean and very well furnished (comfortable) and equipped. We particularly liked that both bedrooms had views and access to the patio. It was wonderful hearing the ocean every night from BOTH bedrooms. Another bonus was being on the ground floor, so we simply walked off our patio, right to the beach, pool or common areas. The condo shares the pool and common area with 11 other units so there are always lots of lounge chairs and it is never crowded, or loud, just friendly folks that respect everyone's space. Our patio also had shade most times of the day, so it was very comfortable to sit all day long and watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Even though we were on the ground floor we felt very safe to leave our bedroom sliding glass doors open all night. The "ground" level is nicely elevated from the beach, so security was VERY good. We love swimming in the ocean so we must report that the ocean is very lovely and safe to swim there. The beach can be a little rocky, so we suggest you bring your water shoes to walk the beach or enter the ocean. If you don't have any, they sell them in town. The town itself is very close and walkable. The restaurants are outstanding but on the pricey side for Mexico. The town really does not sell much in the way of provisions, so if you plan to eat in the condo, a big shop at the Bucerias MEGA Store on the way from the airport ( 20 minutes from Punta Mita ) would be a good idea. All in all a lovely vacation. Thanks
