It is not easy to find a great place to stay while vacationing in Maui, there are so many possibilities to choose from. The good news is that you have just found one of the best. What we offer you is a beautiful condo in a great condo complex, with the perfect location on Maui. Our condo complex is now a smoke free complex.

This is not simply a rental condo but this is our second home and with that in mind our goal is to make our home one of the highlights of your holiday, not just a place to stay while on your vacation!! Finding the right place to stay on Maui is not easy, but when you do, it can change your entire holiday. When you first step into our condo, you will immediately realize that this is a very special place. It is not only a very beautiful condo, but we also have one of the best views on the island of Maui, sitting within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and looking directly out at the islands of Moloka'i and Lana'i. The view will remind you of why you came to Maui in the first place. Our condo is also very beautiful. We have installed quality Natural Maple kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new appliances, full size Whirlpool washer and dryer, not apartment size, Quartz kitchen and bathroom countertops, decorative ceramic tiles, a full condo air conditioning system, not just a window A/C unit and high speed wireless internet,
If you want to get away from the crowds, yet be close to all that Maui has to offer, you need look no further. Because our condo is located in a small condominium complex (only 18 units), you won’t have the large crowds of people to deal with that the larger condominium complexes and hotels have. In fact, most of the time, you will feel like you have the place almost entirely to yourselves. That is one of the many advantages of staying with us. You will be close to all that Maui has to offer and yet you can come back to our condo for a relaxing end of the day, or if you just want to relax, you can't find a better place stay. It really is Paradise!

Paradise

An absolutely incredible time, relaxing and swimming in the ocean with turtles. They were present everyday and were so friendly! We also saw a monk seal and whales. Truly a vacation like no other. Thank you to Mark for sharing this wondrous property with my family. It checked all of the boxes, from relaxing to privacy to unparalleled views from the balcony. This condo is amazing, and we will definitely return. Thank you so much again for making our vacation a time to remember. All the best

Hawaiian Paradise

Second time staying here. Just as great! Loved the convenience to the ocean. Snorkeling was great! Saw lots of sea turtles. Very comfortable here. Mark is an awesome host. Great communication and efficient. Thank you!

Always great!

We love this place! It was great to visit again, our second time!! The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time in the water right out front, hanging with the turtles. Can't wait to visit again.

Wish we stayed longer

Mark’s place is incredible! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The place is quiet yet family friendly. There are only about 14 total units as part of the property. Everyone is nice. Especially, the resident manager Allyn. He was gracious enough to swap parking spots with us when I showed up with a bigger rental. You need a full-size car! Don’t let company give you anything bigger. Anyway, the sea turtles swim right to the wall. Plus, we watched whales do all sorts of breaches in the distance. Sunsets were amazing. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful place

This place is a gem. Very comfortable, clean, nicely furnished with a well stocked kitchen. The view is exactly as you see in photos. That is THE main reason to stay here. Looks like a postcard photo but it’s real. Great lanai for whale watching. Quiet, well cared for complex. Would definitely stay again.

Why they chose this property

Each of the Hawaiian islands are unique in their own way, but Maui had the most variety of activities to offer and was the best "fit" for our family. Our goal was to find a condo on the ocean, with a pool on the oceanside, in a complex that was small and private. In the spring of 1998 while on the condo search, we almost went home empty handed until we came across this condo....one look at the spectacular view from the living room and we were sold!! Every time we visit our Maui home, it still takes our breath away!

What makes this property unique

Our goal is to make our condo into one of the highlights of your holiday, not just a place to "stay" while on vacation. This is our second home, not just a rental condo so we have treated it as such. Our condo has been remodeled with beautiful kitchen cabinets, Silestone countertops, all new tile flooring, new tile shower, two flat screen TV's, wireless internet for your laptop computer, plus a pc computer with a printer so you can check email and print out your boarding pass for your trip home. While you are staying with us, you will also enjoy the spectacular view from our lanai, which sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean!

The condo complex is also special. The complex is comprised of 18 units, 9 on the first floor and 9 on the second floor. Each unit looks out directly on the Pacific Ocean and the island of Moloka'i. Our "backyard" is made up of a beautiful lawn and gardens, two Bar-B-Que grills, a salt water pool, and direct ocean access. The complex truly is oceanfront!!!! Since we are in a small condo complex, you won't have the large crowds of people that you will find in the larger complexes and hotels. In fact, most of the time you will feel like you have the complex all to yourselves! There are only 15 lawnchairs on the property!!! The calm, quiet, relaxing grounds are wonderful.

Many of our guests have said that staying in our unit is one of the only places they have vacationed where they can really relax!

Nightly sunsets are another one of the many benefits!!!!
