Enjoy your winter in luxury in this newly furnished two bedroom + den, two bath condo located in a secure gated community. The Fountains is a superbly maintained golf/tennis country club located 20 minutes from the West Palm Beach Airport and 15 minutes from the ocean.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and walk in closet. The second bedroom has a sleep sofa and a walk in closet. The den/third bedroom has a sleep sofa, closet and private bath. All bed and bath linens and comforters are provided.

Fully stocked kitchen has dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, and utensils - everything you need. There is a washer/dryer in the unit as well as commercial washers/dryers in building laundry room. Pool is located outside the front door.

The Fountains has three golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center, aerobics classes, card rooms for both men and ladies',and a renowned dining room. Renters may purchase an optional membership in the club for the length of their stay. If you have a need to work remotely for VPN access hi speed fiber access to the premises is provided and is included in the rental. Dual Dell monitors and a HP laser B/W printer are also provided included in the rental.

No pets and no smoking please.

About The Owner

My wife and I purchased this condo in 2004. She is retired and I recently retired.

We love The Fountains and may eventually live here full time. Until then we are allowed to rent for a three month minimum each winter and allow others to enjoy it as much as we do. The winter Florida sunsets are spectacular.

Why The Owner chose The Fountains

The Fountains Country Club began in the early 1970's and is a well run club with an excellent dining room. The outstanding food that is served is in my opinion far superior to what is served on most cruise ships today.

What makes this condo unique

The pool is just outside the front door. The ocean is 8 miles to the east with many wonderful beaches. Walking on the golf cart paths watching it get light and the morning sunrise is a unique experience. This gated community has roving security patrols 24/7.

Wake up in the middle of the night and feel like going for a walk during a full moon. You can do it here without a worry.

A commercial washer and dryer is located on the first floor of the third story elevator building. Local restaurants, Publix supermarket and malls are within walking distance/ one mile of the gate. Enjoy outdoor dinner on the Inter-coastal waterway at the Old Key Lime House or a lobster dinner at the nearby Station House Restaurant. Spend all day at the huge Saw-Grass Mills Mall about 40 miles away or at the much closer Wellington Mall and the Festival Flea Market.
