Beautiful and serene
The condo is beautiful and soundproof. It’s in a great location with many amenities nearby. We enjoyed the paved walking path to the restaurants and shops.
Nice location, we'll equipped, maintained
Enjoyed the Omni property and walkable paths everywhere. In the unit, I liked the open tile floor foyer and wall hooks so we could leave shoes and towels at the front door
Great Month stay
I had a wonderful time great place plenty of room didn't need anything like Dennis said except a good bottle of wine. Dennis and Jane thank you for letting me use your place for a month it was absolutely beautiful and I would love to do it next year. Tony
We're so glad you enjoyed your month at Amelia Island, and that our condo provided everything you needed (except the wine)! We would love to accommodate you again next year!
Nice location, unit and grounds needed some maintenance and repair
Nice convenient location! We had some issues with the unit and complex. Complex pool was closed and drained and we were not notified. Master batroom shower did not work but we used the 2nd bathroom. Bathrooms need updating including fixtures. Bathooms reaked of bleach. Walls need painting. Property grounds were a mess until Monday afternoon when the leaves were finally blown off the sidewalks and driveways.
We're sorry you had some issues. We were not aware that the pool had been drained, but have learned that it was damaged by the hurricane and had to be drained in order to repair it. Likewise, the leaves were the result of hurricane damage. The island prioritized cleanup by removing trees and limbs first; leaves were left until later, with the assumption that people needed to be able to navigate the roads first, and leaves, while unsightly, wouldn't keep people from getting to their destinations.
We will have our property manager check the master bathroom shower. The fixtures are actually only 2 years old, so we're surprised to hear you had problems. The walls were painted earlier this year, and they looked good when we were there in March.
Beautiful surroundings and loved the proximity to Fernandina
We loved going to the beach every morning and sightseeing or the pool in the afternoon. The surrounding area is covered by trees and great walking paths. Everything was within a 15 min drive. Favorite activities were the sunset Amelia River cruise, and exploring Fort Clinch. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washer/drier in the unit. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the rental property company folks were very nice and accommodating.
Good value and highly recommended
Comfortable and well equipped condo in a location that is convenient to the beach, golf and other recreational activities.
Thanks! We're glad your last minute getaway worked out well!
