The house and location are wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out. The pool and yard is wonderful. The Hot tub did not work. Tried to get resolution from 5 star and was never returned phone call or help. So for the last 3 nights didn’t enjoy the hot tub. Would have been 5 star if the property management would have been better.
We're glad you enjoyed the home, it's location, backyard and layout of the property. It's such a wonderful home! In regards to the spa, I sincerely apologize that we missed a phone call from you and were not able to explain how it operates. It is a spa and not a hot tub that requires propane to heat. We require a 7 days notice to schedule this amenity and is an additional fee. We try our best to put that explanation on every email we send, in the guest portal, as well as within the home. Once again, I apologize that we missed that phone call from you but we're thrilled you enjoyed the home during your stay.
Great house to rent, plenty of room, good location.
Had problems getting into the house due to lack of communication with door code.
Only two complaints I can't believe it is $75 a day to heat the hot tub.
Do people only buy super firm mattresses if their renting? I have yet in my 20 years found a comfortable bed or pillows in a rental.
Otherwise was pretty well set up. Nice and clean, well maintained.
