This beautiful newly-renovated two-bedroom condo is located only a 10 minute walk from the Plaza and is central to all activities in town including the Rail Yard, Canyon Road, and a short drive to Hyde Park Road which leads to the Ski Basin.

The condo is situated inside a private compound with no drive through traffic. There are two off street parking spots available to you directly in front of the house.

Inside you can enjoy the traditional New Mexico charm of the diamond plaster walls and the kiva fireplace. The art collection that hangs throughout the house is a creative mixture of antiques and contemporary art by local artists. A large sectional sofa surrounds the kiva fire place in the living room to socialize or relax around. There is a writing desk off to the side to work on.

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and all the tools needed to prepare a meal for friends and family. From the kitchen door you enter to the private yard surrounded by coyote fence and a large elm tree. The yard has patio furniture and a bbq gas grill for outside entertaining.

The master-bedroom has a custom made Cal-King bed with an extremely comfortable mattress system modeled after the Montage Hotel and is accompanied with luxury linens. The guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed with an antique vanity. The bathroom is new with an antique vanity and a deep soaking tub.

He worked in the camera department, and she worked in the art department. Clean & modern place not far from the plaza

A friend and I stayed here during a New Mexico road trip. The property was clean and very modern while maintaining a southwest feel. There is also a great outdoor courtyard perfect for coffee in the morning.

It was a short drive to the plaza and some wonderful restaurants.

My only regret is that we only spent one night here as I would have loved to enjoy it more.

Good location and accurate photos

It was a good location for us to explore Santa Fe, Los Alamos and the surrounding area. Modern appliances in the kitchen and a nice bathroom. Nice little walled-in side yard where grill and patio table and chairs were. Only inconvenience, if you have young kids, is the single TV is located in the Master bedroom. Otherwise it work very well for us.

Great Property, great location!!!

The house is very nice and located only a 10 min. walk to the plaza. The house is stocked with everything that you could possibly need for your stay (spices, paper products, etc.). The owners are a delight to work with and provide tips on restaurants and things to do on their web site and in a notebook in the property.

The one negative thing that was an inconvenience for my wife and me was that there was just one TV and it was located in the master bedroom so if I wanted to watch sports and my wife wanted to watch "Chopped", I was out of luck unless I went into town to a restaurant bar. Although this was an inconvenience for us, I could see it being a big problem for families with kids because the only option for the kids to watch tv would be to take over the master bedroom.

I would seriously consider adding another tv to the second bedroom or living/family room.
