Several restaurants and bars including a local favorite, 'The Reef' and 'Vallarta' are within walking distance and provide easy access for dining or enjoying a drink and live music after a long day on the beach.

LaPlaya has a gated entry, porte cochere and covered parking. The property also has private beach access leading to 300 feet of Gulf front beach. The great room features luxurious furnishings through out the dining area, gathering area and game table area with a wine bar and custom powder room/half bath for visiting guests. We have always LOVED the Gulf Coast and our move to Atlanta in 1971 gave us the perfect opportunity to really enjoy the beauty and serenityof the Pan Handle on family vacations. Over the years we hvae rented properties from Ft Walton to Panama City and Destin to Rosemary Beach.We have always dreamed of one day owing a little piece of that beach. In 1995 we discovered the perfect place to do it Perdido Key.The Key's proximity to Atlanta ( 6 hrs drive ) to the Pensacola Airport, coupled with its large stretch of National Seashore made us fall in love with it immediately.We knew that this would be the place where we would finally realize our dream of owning a beach home. Since that time we have owned 4 conods on the Key looking for the perfect one.

What makes this condo unique

302 LaPlaya is the condo we chose as our perfect property.It is located on a small dead end side street that leads to the Johnson Beach National Seashore 1 mile away. During construction we spent hours inspecting the views to find the perfect unit on the perfect floor.This provided our view out of the 'wall of windows' in the Kitchen/Great Room Area to be a perfect horizon view ( not too high/not to low ) The 450 sq ft covered balcony overlooking the Gulf provides 180' views and the breeze and sound of the waves crashing on the shore. We are walking distance to restaurants,bars,shoping and 10 minutes from the National Naval Air Museum ( Free Admission ) We are a quiet Low density building. We are a close ride to Orange Beach Al and Gulf Shores Al with all the other activities you may want to explore. If you enjoy eating out you will only be able to sample a few of the large number of fine restaurants. This will allow you to revist us again. The beach scene is perfect for all ages and kids will find it easy to find new friends on the beach. The National Seashore has miles of deserted beach for fishing, walking and exploring. It is the perfect place to escape to when you want to get away from it all and enjoy unspoiled nature. It is a' Perfect 10 for Biking '

Nice and quiet spot at Perdido Key. Almost had the beach to ourselves. Good eating places and Publix minutes away. Condo nicely decorated and well stocked with everything. Impressed our three teenagers which is hard to do. We were also able to catch the blue angels practicing while at the aviation museum. Nice vacation. Will definitely try to return and highly recommend.

Great condo in a nice building!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo is very comfortable and the building is great. Being in a smaller building was nice as the beach was less crowded during what was a busy time (July 4th). We would love to stay there again.

Great view and location in quiet condo building.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo building is low density so we never had to wait for the elevator, the pool was quiet and there were always seats available. The private beach area was also so much nicer and quieter than for the other high density condo buildings. We stayed at the Indigo 2 years ago and this was a much nicer experience. The condo was very spacious with a huge balcony outside. Very enjoyable vacation.

302 La Playa did not disappoint!

From the time we pulled into La Playa and had an awesome security guard greet us, until the time we left, we loved our 302 La Playa experience. The condo is absolutely beautiful and with Tropical Storm Cindy in the area last week, we got to know it very well. We all loved our bedrooms and having 3 1/2 baths was amazing! The master bath has a huge shower and a fabulous view of the ocean. We also loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals at the condo. We loved playing checkers on the game table and spent many hours playing a variety of card games with the cards provided. There are lots of fun movies, games, and books available in the condo. We really appreciated the binder full of menus and fun things to do in the area. It was very helpful to have all of that information at our fingertips. Our friends were staying on the 11th floor and one big thing we noticed was how much quieter our condo was in comparison to their condo. We did not have as much wind or traffic noise on the 3rd floor. We thoroughly enjoyed La Playa's pool and easy access to the beach. The beach was never over-crowded like we noticed it was at some of the surrounding condos. We cannot say enough about the fabulous security guards at La Playa. They were so friendly and paid attention to everyone who entered. We knew our vehicle was safe the entire week. We highly recommend staying at 302 La Playa!

Absolutely Wonderful Condo

I retired on May 19 so this vacation was my gift to myself. We had stayed here 3 years ago and I could not wait to return! It was even better the second time around.

The condo is amazing. The view when you walk thru the front door is comparable to none. We brought my mom and she was perfectly happy sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. The accommodations are prefect for 6, comfortable and spacious. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had a small issue (I probably emailed Joe a bit too much...sorry) but Adrian was johnny-on-the-spot taking care of us. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful condo! We plan to return over and over.Thank you Joe and Lin for providing such a perfect vacation condo.
