3 Double Bedrooms With 3 Bathrooms, Views From Every Window
About Adrian Brookes
We have lived at the Ardrhu holiday cottage site for 12 years, and made cottage 1 into a holiday cottage after we moved to a different cottage on site 4 years ago.
Adrian Brookes purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Adrian Brookes chose Fort William
The views are spectacular from every window, close to many attractions but quiet on the Loch shore. The reviews say it all, people having been coming every year for years and years and never tire of the cottage.
What makes this Cottage unique
The views from inside of the cottage are some of the best of the west coast of Scotland you will ever find.

Wow! What a place to stay!
Fabulous location and this cottage has everything you need. Very clean and excellent facilities. The views are spectacular and conveniently located to enjoy the huge amount of things to do and see! Would highly recommend
Fantastic location lovely cottage what more could you want!!
comfortable cottage, lovely owners very helpful, view to die for
Very comfortable accommodation with a home from home feeling.
An idyllic location which is so peaceful for a complete getaway.
What a lovely stay we had. The cottage is located in a beautiful setting with just a few steps away from the loch. The cottage is well presented and very clean, with spacious rooms and a lovely fenced/ walled garden which our dog loved. The cottage offers everything you need, including games for the children, a lovely log burner and plenty of parking. The actual location is perfect as it is a short drive (15 min) to Fort William, and there are some beautiful walks to do without getting in a vehicle (Inchtree waterfall). Overall the cottage met our needs and more, we will defiantly be returning.
Home away from home but with stunning views!
The cottage is truly a home away from home but with the most stunning views!! It is the perfect base for exploring, being close to the A82 but far enough away to completely relax in peace and quiet too. Comprehensive instructions were given as to what to expect and get the most from your stay, plus the cottage was lovely and warm when we arrived after a long drive. Owners were very welcoming and nearby if you have any queries. It was great that the cottage allows dogs too (with some understandable conditions we were aware of prior to our stay) but in the cottage itself you would never know any dogs had been in previously. We all had the most amazing holiday, making fabulous memories and the cottage was a big part of that which we are really grateful for.
Glencoe being 7 miles south and Fort William 8 miles north, where the highest mountain in the UK can be found, Ben Nevis, there are plenty of things to do. Visit a battle ground from the clan age, ride a steam train through some beautiful scenery to Mallaig, which travels over the famous viaduct from the Harry porter movies. Or take a walk to one of the many waterfalls in the area. Visit the ski resorts for down hill bike riding or winter ski sports. Sample our exceptional sea food, collected daily for the loch's. You can take a ferry to visit the small islands to view all the wildlife there is to offer.
