About Luanne Grossman
I live outside of Boston having moved here from Michigan nearly 40 years. I have children, a golden retriever, and three cats - but I'm sorry, we're not able to accommodate pets at our cottage.
Luanne Grossman purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Luanne Grossman chose North Truro
We've vacationed on the outer Cape for many years. The opportunity came to buy this cottage a few years ago. How lucky to have a slice of heaven in Truro!
What makes this Cottage unique
The drive down to the cottage is magical and timeless. Down a sandy road with a few cottages on either side. Our cottage is at the end of the road so we have the water view right from our front deck. When we want some extra shade, we sit on the bench under the tree by our side garden. Quiet and peaceful!
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
One leashed dog allowed. No barking dogs please.
Do not put umbrellas or items on the side deck that would obstruct the water views of our neighbors.
Turn off outside lights at night so those in other cottages don't have their evening star-gazing impeded.
Please be respectful of our neighbors if you have company on the deck in the evenings.

The small grouping of cottages that make up “Skyline” are perfect in every way. This cottage in particular is tastefully appointed, modern and inviting. On Sunny days & especially at dusk I found myself sitting on the couch staring off into the horizon catching a tiny glimpse of the Cape Cod Bay. The outdoor deck is roomy with ample seating and also has a Weber grill for BBQ’ing! Outdoor shower was refreshing and private. The host was responsive to inquiries and truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. Excellent welcome binder is provided highlighting every aspect of your stay. I could go on and on. Truly an amazing truro treasure 😃
Wonderful Place to stay!
I loved staying here! The house was so clean and there were lots of special touches throughout the house. There were lots of supplies, and the decor/paintings were lovely! We loved the outdoor shower and having breakfast on the deck! The view was delightful too. The host was fast to answer questions and was super nice. My only suggestion would be to have a 2nd air conditioner in the living area as it got very hot in there even with the blinds drawn and windows closed. But overall, it's a wonderful place and great location!
Glad you enjoyed your time there! I appreciate your suggestion for extra a/c as it can get hot in July.
Everything about this cottage was perfect -- the location, the set-up and design (right down to the little details), and the very attentive host. The cottage is very privately situated, but close to all of the awesome outer cape attractions (ptown, beaches, markets). The home itself is beautiful, quintessential Cape Cod -- homey and comfortable and well equipped with everything. It's obvious that they put a lot of love and care into the recent renovations! The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We didn't want to leave -- and booked our stay for next year before we packed.
