We renovated the Kitchen (from back-splash to appliances to quartz counter tops), Guest bathroom (gutted top to bottom), Living room (from custom mount tv cabinet to carpet and furniture), Master bedroom (from wood floors to custom shades), Master bathroom (tub is out, walk-in shower is in). Paint throughout, tile work throughout, we didn't miss a thing. We love our vacation home and think you will too.

Some History: The area was first visited by European explorers in 1769. The Spanish missionaries under Father Junipero Serra founded Mission San Luis Rey de Francia. In the early 1800's, introduced farming and grazing changed the landscape of what would become Oceanside. The area like all of California was under Spanish, in 1821 Mexican rule and annexed by the US in 1848.

We provide everything needed from fully stocked cook and dishware to beach towels & chairs to boogie boards & beach umbrella (even a cart to haul it all). After choosing and putting a deposit on your vacation penthouse loft C302, you'll have access to apps and links to get yourself acquainted and ready for arrival. You'll receive important local phone numbers, what you need to know on your arrival and on your departure. And our own suggestions on local places to eat, play, and shop (Hint: In-N-Out Burger).
What makes this Condo unique
You have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and cart. You have your own patio bbq. Both main and upper private patios have tables and chairs. You'll have zero-gravity lounge chairs at you disposal to take out to the patios. Apps, links, and print-outs on all you need to know about arrival and departure - keys procedure is taken care of right there through the North Coast Village office - office open until *5pm. *After 5pm, keys and arrivals managed by North Coast Village Patrol - 24 hours, every day of the year. Patrol located at the main entrance to North Coast Village. CANCELLATION POLICY:The time factor is critical in re-booking a vacation rental, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market. Fantastic spot for a family vacation
We had a great stay here. The place looks just like it does in the photos. The condo was spotless when we arrived. It is nicely decorated and is well stocked. There are lovely ocean views particularly from the top patio. The complex is beautifully kept. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and proximity to the beach. Thanks again for a lovely stay.
Fantastic Condo in the Beach
This Oceanside condo was perfect for our needs. We appreciated its cleanliness, its location (to beach and to area attractions), a full-stocked kitchen, beach toys such as chairs and boogie boards, heated pool and hot tub, and the charming beach decor. We would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. Our only bother was the trains interrupting our sleep, but they would be hard to avoid anywhere in Oceanside--if you're a light sleeper, be sure to bring ear plugs.
Clean home, gorgeous views, convenient location!
We enjoyed our stay greatly at this condo. It was impeccably clean and had everything (towels, bedding, salt & pepper, some coffee - to name a few) we needed to feel right at home. Check in and out were easy and quick. We used the pool and hot tub daily and were only steps to the beach and a very short ride to shops and restaurants (walkable for adults but not for our small children). We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

My wife and I and our three children 19, 17 and 7 had just a fantastic week in this condo on Spring Break from Michigan! This was our first time to southern California and we couldn't have been happier with North Coast Village! We loved the pool and hot tub, but mostly loved having an oceanfront view from the Penthouse. Terri was great to work with and everything was as we discussed upon arrival. You can feel at ease when you choose to stay here in the future! Oceanside is beautiful!!
Fantastic property and location. We arrived late but the office staff was expecting us. Exhausted, we entered a well-kept, tastefully decorated condo. The grand kids went down to the game room and we unpacked then hit the lounge chairs on the patio.
Legoland was great and we spent much time at the Harbor as well as the City Pier. We rented bikes, bought fresh fish and veggies at the Farmer’s Market, and took advantage of the beach items available in the condo.
The condo overall was surprisingly large and up to date with a bathroom for the kids and another for us. Comfy beds and fantastic views – we loved the sound of the waves at night.
