We don't just 'rent', we take pride in the upkeep and appearance of our vacation home. A complete renovation of penthouse C302 was done this year, 2017. We renovated the Kitchen (from back-splash to appliances to quartz counter tops), Guest bathroom (gutted top to bottom), Living room (from custom mount tv cabinet to carpet and furniture), Master bedroom (from wood floors to custom shades), Master bathroom (tub is out, walk-in shower is in). Paint throughout, tile work throughout, we didn't miss a thing. We love our vacation home and think you will too.

Some History: The area was first visited by European explorers in 1769. The Spanish missionaries under Father Junipero Serra founded Mission San Luis Rey de Francia. In the early 1800's, introduced farming and grazing changed the landscape of what would become Oceanside. The area like all of California was under Spanish, in 1821 Mexican rule and annexed by the US in 1848.

The current city hall now stands on the former homestead of Andrew Jackson Myers. In 1882 Myers moved on the land that was the original town site for Oceanside. Incorporated July 3, 1888.

We went from part-time renters to full-time owners, personally accommodating our own guests. We continue to renovate, decorate, stock, and care for our place ourselves. We provide everything needed from fully stocked cook and dishware to beach towels & chairs to boogie boards & beach umbrella (even a cart to haul it all).

After choosing and putting a deposit on your vacation penthouse loft C302, you'll have access to apps and links to get yourself acquainted and ready for arrival. You'll receive important local phone numbers, what you need to know on your arrival and on your departure. And our own suggestions on local places to eat, play, and shop (Hint: In-N-Out Burger).

What makes this condo unique

You have beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels and cart. You have your own patio bbq. Both main and upper private patios have tables and chairs. You'll have zero-gravity lounge chairs at you disposal to take out to the patios.

Apps, links, and print-outs on all you need to know about arrival and departure - keys procedure is taken care of right there through the North Coast Village office - office open until *5pm.

*After 5pm, keys and arrivals managed by North Coast Village Patrol - 24 hours, every day of the year. Patrol located at the main entrance to North Coast Village.

Christmas is quite spectacular at this vacation rental. The apartment complex was lit up like a holiday wonderland and we took walks every night to enjoy the amazing display among the waterfalls, ponds, and palm trees. The owners even left us a basket filled with Christmas goodies which we truly enjoyed.



The apartment itself is comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked, more so than large vacation homes we have rented. I was happy to find nice dishes to serve our Christmas dinner and was even happier to have everything I needed to make our meal including nice pots and pans and a colander (hard to find in rentals.) The beds and couches are very comfortable and we appreciated having spacious bedrooms. Both bathrooms were also roomy and it was so nice to have big bath towels.



The view from the top deck is fantastic and although it was unusually cold during our stay, we bundled up and sat outside listening to the waves crash while watching the sunset.



We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend staying here during your Oceanside vacation. We will return again, I'm sure.

Great unit!

Perfect for the family vacation. The condo has everything you need. First time traveling with my 10 month old and the owners have a pack and play which is really convenient. This complex is steps to the sand and Marina which has restaurants and all sorts of water recreation. We love the heated pool at North Coast Village and that's where we like to spend most of our time.

We stayed here for our family vacation (we have 2 sons ages 6 and 7). The facility itself was very clean and everything in the room was as described. The boys were happily surprised to see there were pool and beach toys available for use and I was thankful for the beach chairs myself! Very convenient and comfortable. We will definitely be back

Great Spot! Upgraded & Clean!!!

Everything is as advertised! Perfect for a family. Place was super clean. Stocked with everything you would need. Completely upgraded. You have a constant view of the ocean from your large master suite. About a 50 yard walk to the sand. The only time we contacted the owner for a cleaning crew they were super responsive. We will would stay here again without hesitation. The complex is great as well with BBQ's, Pool, Spa, Game rooms and gym.

Only thing to note is No A/C in unit. It was un-seasonably hot and humid for a couple of days and didn't cool down till about 9-10pm. They do have fans to help but something to note if you are sensitive.

This was a beautiful space and had all the extras for the beach!

Our trip to Oceanside was wonderful! This was a very updated and beautifully decorated unit. Wifi and all the beach extras won the kids over! Excellent communication with owner. Very satisfied with the entire experience. We hope to stay here again!

Loved the closeness to the beach. balcony was enjoyable. It was a little cloudy that week so having the pool and hot tub to warmup at after braving the beach was nice. The wagon super handy.
