This roomy second floor condo (1184 sq ft) with balcony is a short walk to the beautiful 3.5 mile white sandy beach. The Master Bedroom has a queen sized bed and newly remodeled bath. The second bedroom is a multi functional room with a queen sleeper sofa and memory foam mattress. The guest bath has been freshly renovated. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. Newly furnished living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Dining area with chairs is directly off new fully equipped kitchen containing stainless appliances. All linens provided. Laundry in unit. Tile flooring throughout.

The tennis courts and heated pool are located in the center of this private tropical complex. Social room is adjacent to the pool.

Enjoy day trips to the Florida Keys and the Everglades, visit Collier Seminole State Park, the Conservancy, Briggs Nature Center, and Cork Screw Swamp Sanctuary.

Play golf or lounge on the beach. Relax in the Florida sunshine on the Gulf of Mexico. Our great location and large floor plan make this condo one of the better values on the island. We rent only by the calendar month in season and in 4-week intervals off season (you can take it for a shorter period but the price is the same.)

The beach is just a 5 minute walk to either Resident's Beach (pass required) or to a beach walkway just south on Collier Blvd.

Year Purchased: 1987

About the owner: I vacationed in Florida with my family every year since before I started first grade. I grew up loving the beach and Florida weather, especially hot and humid summers! I'm an avid sheller and love the beach on Marco Island, it's great for shelling any month of the year. When I'm not on Marco I'm busy shell crafting and planting or harvesting on our 94 acre farm in PA.

Why the Owner Chose Marco Island, FL, USA:
My parents purchased our condo back in the '80s and my kids grew up vacationing there. Now they are sharing the experience with their little ones! The location is ideal for beach lovers or for relaxing by the pool. Marco Island is such a beautiful place to visit. The beach is one of the best ones for shelling in all of Florida!
