I may not be available to welcome you in my flat. If this is the case, a friend of mine will be on hand to greet you.

In the true center of Paris, the main attractions are all within walking distance. You are only a few steps from the Louvre, the Place Vendôme or the Palais des Tuileries and their magnificent gardens, La Conciergerie, the Sainte Chapelle, the Beaubourg Center, the boutiques of the Halles and the Saint Eustache Church, the bourgeois Saint Germain Of the Pres. The Place des Victoires one of the five royal squares of Paris, the Rue Saint Honoré with its designer boutiques, the Opéra, the Grands Boulevards, the Palais Brongniart with the Place de la Bourse, the magnificent Galerie Vivienne, Notre Dame Basilica Victoires, the Montorgueil district with its pedestrian street, bars, restaurants and shops; Unmissable evenings to stroll in the capital!
Looking for a green space to rest? The second arrondissement has only two: the Louvois square and the Jacques Bidault square.
Ten minutes from the Champs Élysées and the avenue Montaigne or the Galeries Lafayette for your shopping days.
There are numerous shops, restaurants, bars, brasseries, cafés or small grocery stores on the rue des petits champs or not far from there on the famous Rue Saint Honoré.
There are also several "Passages" in the second arrondissement, narrow galleries crossing a block of buildings from one side to the other and connecting two parallel streets. These passages generally contain shops of any style (often the most unlikely!) But also, cafes, hotels or museums.
Nearest metro station:
Bonne Nouvelle (lines 8 and 9) just a 2 minute walk from the flat.
