Great condo & location
Condo was huge and clean, furnished nicely, and convenient to the pool and beach. Would consider staying here again. The only downside is the 4 PM check in and 9 AM check out - especially for the amount of money you pay (you can check in at 1 PM if you pay MORE money in advance). We have never had to check out of any property that early anywhere we have traveled before. We booked last minute and there wasn’t much available in the area but we would definitely take that into consideration next time. Otherwise, the property was great!

Great Long Weekend
This condo was great for our three kids and us. The view is awesome and the pool and beach are easy to access. The condo itself could use a few updates and an overall deep clean but it definitely worked for the 4 days we were there.

Management let down
Upon arrival, the unit appeared to be clean at first glance, but there were little things like sticky floors, red stain (looked like blood) on the couch, dirty dishes/cabinets that made us question the upkeep a little. WiFi was not workIng upon arrival either. When I called southern rentals, they told me a work order would be put in. All was tolerable until I went to lay down in the bed and there was sand on the sheets. We had not been to the beach or been in the bed yet. The sheets also smelled like a woman’s fragrance- so I knew they had not been changed. I was horrified, and called southern rentals. They tried to tell me there was nothing that could be done until the next morning as there was no one on property at that hour. I was very upset and told them they would be reimbursing me for the sheets I would be going out to buy. At that point I was put on hold and then all of the sudden I was told someone would be able to change out the sheets but it would be an hour. I fell asleep on the floor waiting for them to get there. The next day the property manager came to address the WiFi and apologized for the room. She stated that the ppl that cleaned the room had been let go. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t have checked the room to ensure cleanliness if they had fired them? We cleaned the showers and jet tub ourselves because we weren’t sure if they had really been cleaned..they looked ok with a quick glance, but they were filthy. Also, the beach access is through the pool area that has a code which southern rentals does not provide you in your portal. When you call to get it they act like they have no idea there is a pool code. Then the code we started using for the pool stopped working, which was inconvenient bc we were loaded down ready to go to the beach with no access. Another code was given that didn’t work, and we had to ask some ppl at the pool for their code. Our WiFi and cable went out again during the week, and no one seemed in any hurry to fix it. Southern rentals is a joke. Forget them doing anything in a hurry, or acting like they really care about your experience. With all that being said, the view is beautiful from the unit balcony, and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out and hearing the ocean waves crash. Well maintained pool area, and easy access to beach (if your pool code works).

We do see that you reported the sheets and the wifi to us and we were able to immediately correct those issues. Unfortunately, the other housekeeping concerns were never reported to us but we can assure you that we would have been more than happy to address those as well. We do apologize about the beach and pool code. We were able to immediately contact the HOA to obtain the correct code. We sincerely apologize that this vacation feel short of our Southern standard and we do hope that we will see you again in the future.

Perfect Vacation Spot
What a great location! The view was amazing, the unit was clean, very quiet, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We spent as much time outside on the comfortable patio furniture as we did inside. Our family had a condo n the same floor, giving us plenty of time for family outings and our own privacy! Best of both worlds for a family vacation.
I sure hope it is available on our next trip!

Great Vacation Spot.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The place was quiet, well equipped, clean and easy to get to and from. Easy access to the beach and great covered parking. We hope that we can stay in this condo again. We loved the large outdoor space.
