GREAT FOR TWO FAMILIES WITH KIDS! If you are looking for a Great House; with 2 King Master Bedrooms, quickly accessible to both Deer Valley (2 minutes), and Park City (5 minutes), you've found the right home! -Virtual tour below calendar-

Our 4 bedroom town home is located on Deer Valley Drive in the Boulder Creek section of the Deer Valley ski resort area. You can walk or catch the free shuttle to either mountain. Deer Valley has free overnight ski storage and a free van that will drop you at our front door at the end of the day. Only 1/2 mile to historic Main Street. Quick shuttle ride, or an easy 10 minute walk.

BEDROOMS - 4 - Sleeps -9 We have 2 MASTER BEDROOMS; BOTH with King pillow top beds. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen and a Twin and the 4th bedroom has 2 Twins. There are no sleeper sofas, so the living room is always available for relaxing. No tiptoeing around to get coffee or breakfast in the morning.

LIVING ROOM

Enjoy upscale furnishings in western lodge decor. The 2 story ceiling and windows give you the open feel of the west, while leather sofas and comfortable chairs near the fireplace provide a lodge atmosphere. This year we have installed a Honeywell Whole House humidifier.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare any meal and large enough to easily accommodate 2 cooks, it has an attached bar w/ barstools. Adjacent is a large dining table with 8 chairs. Other features; Instant Hot Water dispenser for your hot choclate or tea, and both a KUERIG (we provide the first box of K-cups)

and a Mr. coffee.

REAR DECK

The wraparound rear deck has a Great 7 person private HOT TUB, which over looks a Beautiful Wooded Preserve. This area is very private and has a stunning view.

FRONT BALCONY

The balcony overlooks the valley approach to the Deer Valley resort. It has a bistro table and chairs and is perfect for morning coffee or an after dinner cigar-(No smoking in the house).

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A deposit of 50 percent is required to guarantee reservations, with the balance due 60 days prior to occupancy or sooner if you reserved time is closer than 60 days.

No rate adjustment for late arrival or early departure.

A cleaning fee of $150 and a refundable damage deposit are due with final payment.

If you must cancel, your deposit and or rent will be refunded, provided we are able to re-book our home for your reserved time. If we are unable to re-rent our home for your reserved time, all rent paid will be forfieted. Cleaning fee and damage deposit will be refunded.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

Our Townhome is designated as non-smoking with the exception of the decks, balcony, and hot tub. An additional fee for deep-cleaning/smoke removal will be charged should your stay entertain any form of smoking inside.

PET POLICY

We welcome quiet, well-behaved, and house-broken pets. We must be notified of pets at booking. While your pet is in our Townhome, we expect you to supervise it at all times. Whenever a pet is out of the home and on Deer Valley property, they must be on a leash and under control. All shots and flea/tick control must be current.

Pets are not recommended during Ski season.

There is no pet deposit or extra charge.

About Kelley Fisher

We have 3 married daughters, 4 grand children and Great friends we like to travel with - and we love skiing the west. This is the 'perfect' townhome for: 2 family vacations, large family vacations, couples trips, 3-4 couples, or a to enjoy winter or summer adventures, my annual guy's ski trip, or the Sundance Film festival.

Why Kelley Fisher chose Utah

Our family has been skiing the west since the 1970's, but until we skied Deer Valley, we had not fallen in love with any particular resort or ski area. That all changed when we came to Utah in 2005. The snow and sunshine IS different here. And the lower altitude makes everything easier! No wheezing going up the stairs, no altitude headaches or queezy stomachs, and cooking does not require the adjustments due to altitude. And the restaurants; they go from Zagat gourmet to pizza casual and every where in between. Main Street is a real treat, it's what Aspen used to be, but much bigger and still quaint. Getting here is a breeze - 40 minutes from the airport to our garage! And in 9 seasons, we've never had weather related road problems; they know how to keep I-80 open. From horse back riding, snowmobiling, to tubing at an Olympic venue, it is all more fun here! Call us for recommendations on any of the above, and come share our Deer Valley home. Notes:
A First-Aid Kit is on the top-left shelf in the hall closet. Light bulbs are also on the shelf, should need them. Free shuttle: Our home is 250 feet from a shuttle stop, at the entrance to the development. The shuttle runs every 7-10 minutes from 8:30am to 11:00 pm, then every 30 minutes until 2:00am. For the hikers/trail bikers - our garage is 30 feet from a trail head joining Park City trail system. Park City boasts over 400 miles of trails. From flat, open trails to moderate trails that meander through the trees, to the ultimate challenge up the mountain, there is something for everyone! All ages are welcome and encouraged on each and every adventure. Be assured that our professional guides at Mountain Vista Touring; will work with you on deciding what trail will best suit your needs and desires. There are countless photo opportunities waiting around every bend!

Christmas stay in 2007

My family stayed here over the Christmas holiday 2007 and was very pleased with the accomodations. The owner was very accomodating and communicated via email and phone in a timely manner. The condo was ready when we got there (about 5p on Sunday) and we stayed for four nights. The owner left a beautiful Christmas tree up and a poinsetta by the fireplace. The kitchen is a little small and because the tree took up some room the living space felt a little crowded. The large dining table was a great place for our nightly games. the living area is nicely decorated and very warm! The bedding was great...nice sheets and plenty of warm comforters. The hot tub was warm and sits on the back deck which has gorgeous views of the aspen trees and the back forest. It is in a great location, very central to everything!

Spring skiing!

We enjoyed a big family ski vacation in Deer Valley. Skiied Park City/Canyons once and it did not compare to Deer Valley! House was great for us; grand parents, 2 daugthters, 2 sons-in-law, 4 grandkids. We used the hot tub every night wth all the grand kids! Nicely equipped kitchen and plenty of room in the living room. Dining table only seats 8, but the kids sat at the kitchen bar next to us. Gas fire place was easy on & off - with no burning smell with wood burning ones. Looking froward to retruning next year.

Great location Great House

Hands down was one of my families best vacation! We arrived at the condo on Saturday and wow what a great property, with (2) king suites and then two additionally bedrooms there was plenty of room for all!! I would also like to add that the beds were super comfortable! I traveled with my family and it was great to also enjoy eating in with a huge dining room table where were able to enjoy family dinners. The property is central to both Deer Valley and downtown Park City; as far as I am concerned you couldn't have ask for a better condo or location. My family hopes to return next year!

Good location dated property

Overall the property is in a good location but is dated, and for the amount of money paid, I expected more.

When we arrived at the property we noticed the TV in the Family Room was not working. I sent a text and email to the owner straight away. She responded 4 days later and said she would address the issue. The day before we left her housekeeper arrived with her husband and delivered a TV from Best Buy. The fact we were at the property with children over Christmas and could not watch any TV by the fire all together was very disappointing. The TV was very old and I question whether the owners knew it was not working to begin with. That coupled with other items such as burnt out light bulbs in the bathrooms, water filter not being changed in the fridge, dusty interior and jacuzzi tub spitting out black particles was all disappointing. There are two masters but this floor plan will not work for everyone. The "master" downstairs feels like you are in the basement. It is next to the garage and laundry room. The neighboring property was running their washer after midnight and of course it was loud and disrupting. The master upstairs is next to another bedroom, so everyone needs to share that bathroom. And the bedroom next to the kitchen had no heat.

Again, it was nice but not worth the money we paid.

Owner's Response: My apologies to our guest for the dust, and particles in the bathroom Jacuzzi tub. Our housekeeper completely cleaned the home after the last guest, which was two and a half months earlier, and our attached neighbor (we are the left side of a twin townhouse) did a complete remodel just before the holidays. Had I known of the remodeling I would have had our housekeeper do a touch up. Also, I am very sorry the living room TV did not work. But the note about it not working was sent, to my office email, on Friday at 9:45pm Christmas weekend. Our company was off the Monday after Christmas, so I did not get the email until Tuesday morning. I immediately responded and, by the afternoon, purchased a Samsung HD Smart TV from BestBuy. Because it was the holidays - BestBuy's GeekSquad could not get out before our guest left. So I arranged for our housekeepers to pick it up and install it, which they did. There is an "information booklet" on the hall table with pages of info on the house, activities and restaurants. This has both my home & cell phone # bold on the cover. A quick call and I would have had this issue handled 4 days earlier. Also, as a VRBO guest; there is easy email communication between Guest and owner (which goes both to my home email & sent as a text to my cell). This also would have reduced the time lag by 4 days. As our second home; we keep light bulbs, batteries and even a complete First Aid kit in the hall closet. We want all our guests to have a great vacation experience and are truly sorry for this guest's concerns, which is why we offered a 10% discount to them and other family members on any future visits. excellent all around

nothing but high marks.

lodgings were perfect for our 4-family (all related) snow vacation.

the owner is friendly and responsive

located right between deer valley and park city on the bus line. away from the bustle and still close to the slopes, restaraunts, and galleries. many amongst us walked to town even in the snow.

small sledding hill 100 ft away

garage fits medium sized suv (jeep liberty). on street parking was always available for our large suv (toyota sequoa)

we'd absolutely rent here again

Wonderful property; great location

My family and I joined close friends on a President's Day weekend ski trip. The house had plenty of room for 2 families with 5 boys. Hot tub was a special bonus after hitting the moguls at Deer Valley.

All in all a wonderful experience with the owner and we would highly recommend the property for anyone who wanted a great location that is centrally located to both Deer Valley and Park City. We look forward to returning sometime soon!
