Absolutely beautiful...so peaceful

We enjoyed a fabulous week...the condo is very comfortable and quiet. Loved waking up to the beautiful ocean view and wildlife...close enough to old town, beaches and restaurants. The pool and spa area was immaculately kept and lovely. We have stayed in many different areas in the keys and on Key West and this was fabulous

My family was impressed

With 3 teenage boys, it is hard to impress all of them. Brian's house met all our needs, especially a full kitchen with dishwasher, laundry machines, and a separate area for mom and dad's 25th wedding anniversary. The south facing view is over the water with sunsets visible toward Key West. As to proximity, Stock Island is the place to be when visiting Key West, no roosters and no planes overhead (they came in over the water). Will definitely book this property again if headed back to Key West and will be looking into Brian's other properties, he is available by phone and open to improvements.

Beautiful view and private condo away from it all!

Great condo with a big porch and amazing view of the ocean. It is remotely located which was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle, but it is a 15 minute ride to Duval St. We rented a car because it was $31.00 to Uber into Key West ( each way) for 6 people. The parking in Key West is awful. They have no parking decks and it’s hard to find street parking. The town needs to work on that.

Brian was a wonderful host and the condo provided all the expected essentials plus beach towels, coolers and beach chairs as well as a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed spending the day on nearby Smathers Beach.

We loved the sunset cruise, El Siboney for Cuban good and the Rooftop Cafe for a nice dinner.

WONDERFUL OCEAN VIEW FROM THE CONDO - BOOKED OUR RETURN !

Without a Doubt this is the Best place to stay in Key West... Just far enough away from Duval Street to Relax in the morning and afternoon and shuttle into town for the great music, food, and nightlife for the awesome party. We had an awesome time and for 6 of us the condo is Perfect ! High speed WiFi so I can work in the morning, short trip to Hog Fish for Great Seafood then swim in the pool, mix Margaritas, short nap then off to Town for the Total Key West Experience ... We already booked out return for the Spring... The condo is so comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything, new appliances and a BBQ grill on the Lanai.

So sorry to leave but we will be back soon. Thank You very much !!!!!

AN EXTREMELY NICE QUIET CONDO WITH A COMMANDING GORGEOUS VIEW!!

THE EXCELLENT:

THIS CONDO HAS A FANTASTIC LOCATION

AN UNBELIEVABLE VIEW OF THE TURQUOISE WATERS IN KEY WEST!!

TWO PARKING SPOTS UNDERNEATH THE BUILDING, A HOSE TO CLEAN YOU CAR, UNFORTUNATELY;

THE TWO PARKING SPOTS BACK UP TO THE GARBAGE COLLECTION HUB FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING.

THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN, DECORATED NICELY; THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES ARE: "TOP NOTCH" SAMSUNG. THE GRANITE COUNTER-TOPS AND WOOD CABINETS ARE SECOND TO NONE.

MILITARY JETS FLY OVER AT 9:01AM AND THE COMMERCIAL PLANES FROM KEY WEST

AIRPORT ARE BOTH ENTERTAINING AND EXCITING!! DOWNTOWN KEY WEST IS NOT FAR AWAY.

RESTAURANT WISE WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND:

THE HOGFISH GRILL NEARBY IS A MUST!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SEAFOOD AT A REASONABLE PRICE FOR KEY WEST.

ALSO; A MUST:

"LITTLE JOHN'S" ITALIAN RESTAURANT FOR DELIVERY IS FANTASTIC FOR THE DOLLAR!

THE REASON I CAN'T GIVE THIS CONDO A: "FIVE.0"

WHICH I TRULY WISH I COULD:

WHEN YOU DO THE MATH, THIS CONDO COST ALMOST $12,000.00 PER MONTH.

FOR THAT:

I WOULD EXPECT A CEILING FAN ON THE SPACIOUS BALCONY, AN ELECTRIC GRILL THAT DOESN'T BLOW THE "GFI" OUTLETS, A TABLE ON THE BALCONY MADE FOR ADULTS, NOT: MUNCHKIN'S OR CHILDREN; AND BATHROOM COUNTER TOPS (AS BEAUTIFUL AS THEY ARE ) THAT ARE FOR PEOPLE OVER 6'-3' TALL OR LARGER. THE OTHER TWO ITEMS THAT BOTHERED US WAS THE KITCHEN SINK WATER PRESSURE - WHICH WAS EXTREMELY WEAK AND THE LOPSIDED AIR-CONDITIONING THAT COOLS THE BEDROOM AREAS VERY WELL BUT NOT THE ENTIRE LIVING AREA, THUS, I HAD TO USE A FAN (PROVIDED) TO TRY TO EQUALIZE THE AIR TEMPERATURE BETWEEN THE TWO AREAS. I SPOKE TO OTHER TENANTS (ACTUALLY THEY FLAGGED ME DOWN IN THE POOL AND THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH ALL THE END UNIT CONDO'S NOT JUST THIS ONE - A CONDO ASSOCIATION ISSUE). THERE IS ALSO THE POOL THAT CLOSES AT 8-PM OR (DUSK) - WHICH DIDN'T BOTHER US, HOWEVER; THE JERK THAT LOCKS THE GATE FOR THE CONDO ASSOCIATION SEEMS TO GET HIS JOLLY'S OUT OF LOCKING THAT GATE. I SAW HIM THROW PEOPLE OUT THAT HAD JUST ARRIVED AT 8:30 PM -

(THE GATE WAS LOCKED THAT NIGHT @ 7:10PM) AND YES, THEY JUMPED THE FENCE AND THAT WAS UNCALLED FOR - HOWEVER; THEY JUST SPENT A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY TO STAY THERE, AND WERE NOT OUT OF LINE (BEHAVIOR WISE) AND THEY CALLED THE PROPERTY OWNER AND SHE SAID:

"CLIMB IT" SO, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL??

MY SON LEFT HIS CREDIT CARD AND WALLET UNDER HIS BED...BRIAN'S HONEST HOUSEKEEPER NOTIFIED HIM AND, IN TURN; BRIAN SENT MY SON'S WALLET BACK TO US AT NO CHARGE!!

BRIAN IS A WONDERFUL HOST AND THE CONDO OVERALL IS FANTASTIC!!

This was a beautiful condo! Enjoyed every minute that we were there!!

This was our first visit to the Keys and this was such an amazing place to stay and spend our family time together. Everything we needed was provided, it was decorated so adorable and felt so homey. Wonderful wonderful WONDERFUL!!!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at your Key West Condo the past 2 weeks. We found the condo to be very clean and well-equipped. The boat slip was great too. Unfortunately, the marina no longer offers gas, bait, or ice during the construction.

One suggestion we have for your consideration; every condo/hotel we have ever stayed in has a community ice machine for guests. The other Keys condos put a lock on the ice machine so only guests can use it. It would be really nice if the Oceanside condos invested in an ice machine, so we wouldn't have to drive nearby for filling coolers.



We are interested in renting your condo and boat slip again next year. Is it too early to reserve it?
