We recently completed an extensive remodel of this magnificent unit under the guidance of a renowned Breckenridge designer and architect. Both bathrooms were gutted and have been elegantly redone with new designer fixtures and vanities, stone flooring and fresh paint. We have new alder doors and trim throughout the unit for an upscale classic mountain look, beautiful new stone entryway and new carpeting upstairs.
New BR furniture featuring an aspen log queen bedroom set in the upstairs master suite and a rustic pine queen bedroom set in the downstairs master BR. The dining area features a brand new rustic pine kitchen table and chairs.
Our Timbernest unit is a two bedroom with loft, two bath, 1050 square foot condominium located on the third floor. The unit sleeps one or two families comfortably. Six adults is our maximum.
We have wonderful light and a view through the pine trees toward the ski slopes. The unit is situated in a very quiet location within the complex. Our condo does not share any common walls and we are on the top floor, so there is no noise from others overhead. The complex has free WiFi if you need to stay connected to the real world!
The Timbernest condominium complex is located on Columbine Road, a short walk (200 yards) to the Quicksilver Super Six chairlift, and one block to Main Street and Maggie Pond. We love the location because of the proximity to both the slopes and to town. Timbernest is a perfect location for a family ski or summer vacation.
The condominium is fully-stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils, linens and cable television. Relax at the sauna in the Timbernest building or the indoor/outdoor hot tubs and heated swimming pool across the parking lot (ski season and summer). There are free laundry facilities in the building. We are a no smoking, no pets and no parties rental.

Enjoy year-round activities in town and mountains! Breckenridge has fantastic shopping, restaurants, and galleries, a full recreation center with indoor swimming pool and climbing wall, an outdoor ice arena, sledding hill above town, and year-round cultural events. Drive nine miles to Lake Dillon for boating, sailing and other water sports, or to Dillon/Silverthorne for shopping at the outlet malls. Only 30-40 minute drive to Keystone, Arapaho Basin or Copper Mountain ski areas; one hour to Vail. Summer activities include hiking, biking, fishing, water activities at Lake Dillon, touring historic mines and museums, and off-road touring.
Recently opened at Breckenridge ski resort, Snow White, 150 acres of new expert slopes, and eight passenger gondola to town, added to existing features: four huge peaks across 2350 acres, five terrain parks, four half-pipes, two high-speed six passenger Super Chairs, and the highest chairlift in North America.
We live in Boulder, CO and enjoy our second home throughout the year.

We will definitely be back. The property was right on the edge of town, so it was a short walk to all the great restaurants and stores. There is a great view of the mountains from the deck. There is a lot to do in the summer. Things like hiking, biking, scrolling and shopping.
We stayed at condo from Jan. 1-4 2016. There were 4 of us, two dads and two sons. The condo worked perfectly for us. The loft with the bunk bed was great. The boys chose to sleep in that so us dads got our own beds which was nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and also had a grill on the back porch which we used to grill steaks one night. The hot tubs were right across the parking lot and had two nice size tubs outside and two inside as well as a heated pool outside. The condo was a short walk to the Quicksilver chair on Peak 9. The walk was about a 1/4 mile and was fine in the morning but was a bit long in the afternoon in ski boots after skiing all day. The condo is on the third floor which also stinks after a long day of skiing. You get one covered parking spot and a locker for ski/snowboard storage right there as well so you don't have to lug them up to the condo. That was great. Having said that, I would take a longer walk to the lift any day over waiting on a shuttle bus and fighting to get a spot on it. You could walk to town if you wanted. It would probably take around 15 minutes I would estimate. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Two friends and I stayed at this excellent property for a little winter get a way. The location was great, very close walk to downtown and the lifts, and easy to get to off of main street. The condo was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Bob and Elizabeth were very easy to deal with and provided prompt replies to any questions we had about the property itself and the rental procedures. I would certainly stay here again.
We have just returned from our visit to Breckenridge. This condo is in a great location. It is right near a path that leads to the quicksilver lift. Since we are beginners, this was an ideal location near the green runs. Also, it was a short walk around Maggie's Pond to Main Street. We walked all over town several times a day and used our car only once to drive to the trail head of Boreas Pass.
Everything is exactly as shown and described in the listing. Bob and Elizabeth were a pleasure to work with and I also spoke to Bob on the phone once and he answered all questions that I had. They always responded quickly to emails. The week before check in, they sent a list of things to know for around town and the condo. It explained everything that was needed to enjoy the stay in the condo. It was very nice that the owners provided two sleds for us to use at Carter Park. We did visit the park one day and it was handy to have the sleds. The kitchen was well stocked. I noticed a nice array of spices too. They also provided coffee which was thoughtful because we are definite coffee drinkers in the mornings.
I would not hesitate to stay here again. I thought it was a very cozy condo. I enjoyed how it was located on the third floor and kind of tucked away in the trees. We definitely enjoyed our week stay here. The price and location with the quality of the condo and the ease of working with the owners is hard to beat!
Really have nothing but great things to say! Remodel and finishes are great and location is perfect. Short easy walk to Peak 9 lift and south side of Main street is an equally easy walk. Having the loft area and extra futon in the master bedroom (far more comfortable than a regular futon) made it easy for four bigger guys to stay comfortably for our annual guy's trip. More so, Bob and Elizabeth were a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating!
