3 bedroom, 2 bathroom in quiet neighborhood, with easy access to freeways
My name is Dave, and am a native Californian, born and raised in the Bay Area. My wife Lucy is a transplant - she grew up in Flushing Queens in New York, and moved to Los Angeles with her family when she was 10. Lucy and I met while going to school at UC Berkeley, and married in 1996. Our daughter was born in 2010 and is the light of our life. We enjoy hanging out at home, hiking, biking, going to movies, going to the beach, skiing, the usual things that families do!

Why Owner chose South Arroyo
We loved this property because of the natural light, the neighborhood, and the layout. The light in the house is amazing. Many houses feel dark but not ours - all of the walls are painted white so that just adds to the natural light you experience while inside. The neighborhood is quiet and has many trees. It really is special. People walk their dogs in the morning and evening, and everyone is very friendly. The layout of our house is very natural - you walk in to the living room, with the dining room and kitchen on the left, and the three bedrooms and bathroom on the right. The living room has a vaulted ceiling which makes it the space that we entertain in. Very comfortable. The backyard is big by our neighborhood standards - big enough for several mature trees, a zip line, a play structure, an obstacle course, and a large patio.
What makes this House unique
Proximity to freeways but a quiet neighborhood (the hill in front of our house blocks the freeway noise) makes our house special.
