A truly Amazing place in the center of Charleston
It doesn't get much better... Right on Kind Street in walking distance to sightseeing landmarks, amazing restaurants (you need to hit Hanks Seafood at least once!), shopping and super convenient parking on St. Philips. The design of the rooms is super tasteful and the place is equipped with everything you need. We'd definitely book the place again and can recommend it to anyone travelling to Charleston.

This rental was so close to everything. Within walking distance to everything downtown Charleston has to offer. Parking in the parking garage was a breeze. It met all our needs. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back and stay.
Excellent location and quality property
This is a great place to stay in Charleston. Once you look at a map, you can see that it is on King Street, one of THE streets in Charleston. A few steps to the left is Marion Square and history. A few steps to the right are shops, restaurants and more history. Even though you would believe that being on King Street you would be experiencing a bit of noise, it's absolutely and totally quiet in the condo.
The condo is very, very nice. The fixtures, doors, appliances, and everything you would use during your stay are top-notch. The doors are solid hardwood (quiet). The kitchen has everything you would need to cook or to simply make snacks during your stay - it's up to you. The condo is secure, safe, and unless you knew where the entrance was to get up to the unit, you really aren't aware of it. Parking, if you need it, doesn't get any easier. It's totally reasonable, safe, and secure as well and it's out the back stairs, left, and across the street. That's simple.
Beds were really comfortable. Nice linens, pillows, towels, etc. And the washer/dryer combination made it easy for us to wash a few things while there as we were both coming from two different locations and needed to wash some stuff. The rooms have great blinds, ceiling fans, and dressers and furniture that you would expect in such a nice place. If you need more sleeping space, the couch in the den pulls out to a bed as well.
Bathrooms were great as well. There are two full baths. The master has a big, walk-in shower and a long double sink credenza which is nice when you need the room. The other bathroom has a tub/shower combination, a sink and mirror, and is a good size as well.
Hardwood floors and area rugs through out the unit.
Owner Megan was super communicative and easy to reach. We only had to connect with her twice as her instructions were so easy to understand, we really didn't need anything. But when we did, the response was immediate and helpful and it was totally appreciated.
So...if you're going to Charleston and want to stay in a great spot, stay in a nice place, deal with a top-notch owner, then this should be the spot for you.

You are a quick walk to everything! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect location. The property was comfortable and meticulous. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice accommodations. Comfy beds. Location on King St was great, but no balcony sitting due to aroma from trash cans below. No parking on site. The parking garage was a convenient walk, but $18 a day.
