About Paola Serena
I was born in Naples (Italy), I have been living in Rome, London, Geneva, and Milano where I live right now. I have been changing houses many times and I know what it means to find a suitable place to live with your family, especially for short period of time.
Paola Serena purchased this Apartment in 2014
Why Paola Serena chose Fulham
My husband and I have bought this flat for many reasons, but most of all because this flat is really perfect for a family vacation. That's why we would like other people to enjoy London and our sweet home
What makes this Apartment unique
First of all, it is a very bright flat with a lot of lights flooding inside. It is quiet, but it is very close to the center of London and the neighborhood itself is very lively with many pubs and restaurants. It is very close to all my favorite places in London: New King's Road with antique's furniture shop, King's Road with all the most famous high streets shops with no crowd, South Kensington (National History Museum, superb! Science Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum) and Knightsbridge (Harrods, but please visit also Heal's and its top floor restaurant). But, you can also live like a real Londoner visiting the local park Eel Common (you can play tennis there, ask me if you wish to do so), the dance school in a very old building (like the movie 'Shall We Dance'), the local library, the market in North End Road, and so on ...

Great stay and an excellent location.
Marvelous stay for our family. Very responsive and supportive owner. Easy walk to the tube. Convenient stores (grocery, take-out, and the like). Comfortable and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
Super Cute little place
I was on vacation with my mom and sister. This place was in a cute part of town 5 mins from the tube and the owner was super nice and easy to work with.
Thank you Danielle, it was a real pleasure to have you and your family as guests in my apartment.
Lovely, comfortable flat close to the tube
We very much enjoyed our stay in London over Christmas. The flat was well-equipped, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, and convenient to the tube, shopping, restaurants, etc. The beds were great, there was plenty of seating for a family of four, the bedrooms were quiet, and having a home to return to at the end of a long day of sightseeing was perfect. We would definitely stay again.
Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood. Easy to get around. Many thoughtful touches.
We stayed for a week in August. Very comfortable stay, many thoughtful touches throughout.
Well presented, well situated. Really lovely accommodation.
Beautiful apartment. Great host. Would definitely recommend a stay.
Nice and convenient
Fulham Broadway is an interesting and convenient neighborhood to stay in (though staying at Earl's Court or further in on the district line would save 10 minutes each way on the tube). It has a bunch of supermarkets and good, inexpensive restaurants.
The apartment is sunny (when London makes that possible) and the kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and very nice. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in thhe apartment. The bedrooms are small but perfectly nice as well. My only complaint is that the wood flooring is sagging in places and had nails sticking up from it that Paola is hopefully addressing. That distraction made the stay less than entirely satisfactory.
Located in the popular King Edward Mansions.
Perfectly located in the centre of Fulham, just moments from transport links in and out of the city..
There are several different options very close to the flat.
Waitrose on North End Road, Mark's and Spencer on Fulham Road going back to the tube Station. Sainsbury, Pret a manger and Boots inside the tube Station (there is also a cinema).
Special mention to Whole Foods (high quality food, expensive), you can eat in on the upper floor.
If you want to save money you can try North End Road, there are several discount markets.
(on Fulham Road between the flat and the tube station)
Made in Italy very good italian restaurant, probably the best neapolitan pizza in London, but please try also parmigiana di melenzane. Maurizio is a very gentle host.
ElK pub, pretty BBQ garden, food good and not expensive, in the evenings kids not admitted. Every thursday you can enjoy a Mojito night.
Domino Pizza (good to take away or for delivery.
